Abstract

Abstract:This study is an ex post facto that aimed to determine the effect of interpersonal communication between lecturers and students on the students’ learning motivation. The population included all 4th-semester students at the Department of Sharia and Islamic Economics of State Institute Islamic Institute of Bone, consisting of 210 students with the sample as many as 42 students. The methods of data collection were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The techniques of data analysis used were descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using a simple linear regression test. Based on the calculation of the questionnaire score, it was known that the significance value obtained at 0.00 was stated to be smaller than the confidence level of 0.05 (0.00 <0.05). Based on the significance value, it can be concluded that H0 was rejected, which means that there was an effect of Interpersonal Communication on the students’ learning motivation. While the R-squared value = 0.650, which means that the effect of interpersonal communication between the lecturers and students to the students’ learning motivation was 65% while 35% of students’ learning motivation was affected by other variables that are not the focus of this study. The results of this study proved that interpersonal communication between lecturers and students consisting of several indicators, namely the attitude of openness, empathy, support, positive attitude, and equality, has a positive effect on the students’ learning motivation.Abstrak:Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto, bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal dosen dan mahasiwa terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa semester 4 Jurusan Syariah dan Ekonomi Islam IAIN Bone yang berjumlah 210 mahasiswa dengan sampel sebanyak 42 mahasiswa. Pengambilan data menggunakan metode observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan perhitungan skor angket diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,00 dinyatakan lebih kecil dari taraf kepercayaan 0,05 (0,00 < 0,05). Berdasarkan nilai signifikansi dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak, yang berarti bahwa ada pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Sementara itu, nilai R Square = 0.650 yang berarti bahwa pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal antara dosen dan mahasiswa terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa sebesar 65% sedangkan 35% motivasi belajar mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak menjadi fokus pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal antara dosen dan mahasiswa yang terdiri dari beberapa indikator yakni adanya sikap keterbukaan, empati, dukungan, sikap positif, dan kesamaan/kesetaraan berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa.

The sample of this research was the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Islam, with 120 students in random sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used descriptive data analysis and inferential data analysis. Abstract

This research analyzes the effectiveness and design of Kafil Cell's financial reporting based on the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities. Using qualitative descriptive methods with interviews and documentation, this research found that Kafil Cell's financial reporting was not fully in accordance with financial accounting standards for micro, small and medium entities, only focusing on profit and loss statements without balance sheets and notes to financial statements. Reporting ineffectiveness can be seen from untimeliness, lack of completeness of information, and manual recording. A more structured reporting design based on accounting standards will help increase financial transparency and accountability. This research provides recommendations for implementing a more structured recording system and adjusting the financial report format to comply with standards.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perilakuTabzir (pemborosan) terhadap loyalitas konsumen di kalanganGenerasi Z Muslim, dengan pola konsumsi sebagai variabelmediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan berlandaskan pada Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) yang menekankan peran sikap, norma subjektif, dan persepsi kontrolperilaku dalam menentukan tindakan individu. Penelitiandilakukan di Kabupaten Bone, Indonesia, dengan melibatkan100 responden Muslim dari Generasi Z yang dipilih secara acaksederhana. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesionerterstruktur dan dianalisis dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan aplikasi WarpPLS 8.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku Tabzir berpengaruhsignifikan dan negatif terhadap loyalitas konsumen, baik secaralangsung maupun melalui pola konsumsi. Temuan inimenegaskan pentingnya integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalamperilaku konsumsi untuk mendorong kebiasaan konsumsi yang lebih etis dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikankontribusi terhadap pengembangan literatur dengan mengisicelah kajian tentang loyalitas konsumen dalam perspektifekonomi Islam, khususnya pada generasi muda Muslim di era digital.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of murabahah financing quality on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia Sub-Branch Office (KCP) Watampone. The background of this research is based on the importance of the quality of financing services in increasing customer satisfaction as an indicator of the success of Islamic banking. The method used is a quantitative approach with a survey research type. The research sample amounted to 100 respondents who were selected using the nonprobability sampling technique using the stratified random sampling method. The research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire that was distributed directly to the respondents, and the data was analyzed using classical assumption tests, statistical tests, and hypothesis tests with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study show that the quality of murabahah financing has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, with a contribution of 80.8%. These findings show that the quality of murabahah financing is the dominant factor in determining the level of customer satisfaction. This research provides a theoretical contribution to the development of Islamic banking literature, as well as practical implications for the management of Bank Syariah Indonesia to prioritize improving the quality of murabahah financing as the main strategy in building customer loyalty and achieving competitive advantage. Recommendations are given for banks to continue to improve aspects of transparency, process ease, and service in murabahah financing to increase customer satisfaction and trust.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge and promotion on public interest in saving for Hajj in Islamic banks. The type of research is quantitative with 97 respondents from the Muslim community in Bone Regency, using random sampling techniques and Likert scale questionnaires distributed online. Data analysis was carried out by classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination (R²) using SPSS 20. The results show: (1) Knowledge has a significant positive effect on saving interest (Tcount 2.012 > Ttabel 1.985, sig 0.000 <0.05). (2) Promotion has a significant positive effect on saving interest (Tcount 6.251> Ttabel 1.985, sig 0.000 <0.05). (3) Simultaneously, knowledge and promotion have a significant positive effect on interest in saving (Fcount 12.929 > Ftable 3.09, sig 0.000 < 0.05).
