Abstract

Zakat, infaq dan shodaqoh dari hasil Pertanian apabila dilakukan secara baik dan benar akan memberikan dampak positif, salah satunya adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan perekonomian masyarakat dan manfaat bagi masyarakat di Desa Karanganyar. banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam pelaksanaanya seperti faktor pendidikan, luas lahan dari setiap petani, pendapatan yang dihasilkan, pendidikan non formal (pondok pesantren), dan aktivitas kerohanian (sholat berjamaah, pengajian rutinan, organisasi Islam kemasyarakatan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi zakat, infaq, dan shodaqoh hasil pertanian di Desa Karanganyar Kecamatan Ambulu Secara parsial variabel pendidikan (X1) tidak signifikan sebesar 0.982, variabel pendapatan (X2) tidak signifikan sebesar 0.307, variabel luas lahan (X3) berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 0.014, variabel religiusitas (X4) berpengaruh sebesar 0.025 dan secara simultan variabel tingkat pendidikan, luas lahan, pendapatan dan religiusitas memiliki pengaruh yang cukup signifikan sebesar 0.023 terhadap implementasi zakat, infaq dan shodaqoh hasil pertanian di Desa Karanganya

Abstract

Soto Ayam Lamongan is a typical food from the city of Lamongan, East Java which has now spread to various regions in Indonesia, one of which is in the city of Jember. The determination of the research area was carried out purposively. The sampling method is purposive sampling using 6 respondents (1 business owner, 3 consumers who have culinary knowledge, and 2 similar but advanced or developing entrepreneurs). The analytical tools used are SWOT analysis and Grand Strategy. Based on the results of research from Cak Kulin Lamongan's Original Kampung Chicken Soto business, it is necessary to have a development strategy (S-O) and from the grand strategy diagram it shows that the Lamongan Original Kampung Chicken Soto business is at point (0.311 : 0.407 ) in quadrant I which shows a profitable position by continuing to carry out an aggressive development strategy, can increase businesses that use strategy (S-O) as a strength to take existing opportunities.

Abstract

In Jember Regency, Kalisat District produces the most Voor-Oogst Kasturi tobacco. As a result, the purpose of this study is to understand the structure, conduct and performance of the Voor-Oogst Kasturi Tobacco Market in the Jember Regency. Purposive and snowball sampling were used to collect samples. Structure, Conduct, and Performance (SCP) analysis was the technique employed. The findings indicated that an oligopsony type of market structure existed between farmer marketing agencies, small netherlands, and wholesalers in the kasturi tobacco market. In addition, market activity affects prices at the level of farmers, small-scale traders, and major dealers as price takers, while warehouses act as the tobacco estuary and determine prices. The technique used to determine prices is a bargaining system, and the price correlations for otok'an tobacco were found to be 0.010, 0.008 for spun tobacco, and 0.002 for otok'an-untingan tobacco, meaning that it is not perfect.While this is going on, the marketing performance for squirt tobacco's first marketing channel shows a marketing margin of 0, with channel I's profit share being 65.17% and its cost share being 0.96%.

Abstract

The Business Model Canvas (BMC) is a strategic management tool for quickly and easily defining and communicating a business idea or concept. The research objectives were (1) to find out the Business Model Canvas (BMC) for the crystal guava business in Suci Village, Panti District (2) to find out the SWOT analysis for the crystal guava business in Suci Village, Panti District. The research method is to use descriptive analysis, and data analysis by observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the harvest is in demand by all groups ranging from children, adults and the elderly. Because it tastes sweet, crunchy and the price is cheap compared to other crystal guava sellers. The results of the SWOT analysis are increasing increasing capital, increasing production and innovating products derived from crystal guava and increasing marketing with good consumer perception so that it can be increased more intensely by promoting it to new consumers.
