Abstract

Latar Belakang: Perawatan payudara adalah suatu tindakan untuk merawat payudara yang sangat penting dilakukan selama hamil sampai masa menyusui. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan pendidikan ibu menyusui terhadap perawatan payudara  dalam kelancaran pemberian asi di Praktik Mandiri Bidan (Pmb)  Umi  Kalsum Kota Prabumulih  Tahun 2024. Metode: Penelitian bersifat analitik, mengunakan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu menyusui yang berkunjung di praktik  mandiri bidan (PMB)  Umi Kalsum dilakukan penelitian bulan Maret tahun 2024. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode teknik Accidental  Sampling sebanyak 41 orang. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan tehnik analisa data univariat dan bivariate.  Hasil: ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan dengan perawatan payudara dalam kelancaran pengeluaran ASI dengan nilai Pvalue 0,000< α 0,05 dan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pendidikan ibu dengan perawatan payudara dalam kelancaran pengeluaran ASI dengan nilai Pvalue 0,004< α 0,05.  Saran: diharapkan dapat melakukan penelitian selanjutnya dengan variabel berbeda dan tempat penelitian yang lainnya seperti klinik atau bidan praktik mandiri. Kata Kunci: Perawatan Payudara, ASI, Pengetahuan, Pendidikan

Abstract

Tetanus toxoid (TT) immunization is an injection of the tetanus vaccine to increase immunity as an effort to prevent tetanus infection. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women with compliance with tetanus toxoid (TT) immunization at BPM Umi Kalsum, Prabumulih City in 2024. Research methods analytical, using a Cross Sectional approach. The population of this study were all pregnant women who visited BPM Umi Kalsum when conducting research in March 2024. The sample taken in this study used the accidental sampling technique, namely 40 people. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The results of the research based on univariate analysis showed that of the 40 respondents there were 28 respondents (70%) who had tetanus immunization and 12 respondents (30%) who had not carried out tetanus immunization, there were 28 respondents (70%) who had good knowledge and 12 respondents (30%) %) who had less knowledge, there were 30 people (75%) who had a supportive attitude and 10 respondents (25%) who had an unsupportive attitude. Of the 28 respondents who had good knowledge, 24 respondents (60%) carried out TT immunization, while of the 12 respondents who had poor knowledge, 4 respondents (10%) complied with TT immunization and of the 30 respondents who had a supportive attitude, there were 25 people (62, 5%) had TT immunization, while of the 10 respondents who had an unsupportive attitude, 3 people (7.5%) had TT immunization. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between knowledge and compliance with tetanus toxoid (TT) immunization with a P value of 0.003 < ? 0.05 and there is a significant relationship between maternal attitudes and compliance with tetanus toxoid (TT) immunization with a P value of 0.005 < ? 0.05.

Abstract

Stimulation is a very important requirement for toddler growth and development. Toddler age children who get a lot of directed stimulation will develop faster than children who get less stimulation. Providing stimulation for children's motor development needs which can be done with education and games that support toddler motor skills. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between mother's knowledge about the development of toddlers aged 2-36 months at the Kutilang Posyandu, Sungai Medang Village, This study used an Analytical Survey using a Cross Sectional approach. The population of this study were all mothers who had toddlers 12-36 months at the Kutilang Posyandu, Sungai Medang Village, Prabumulih City in 2021, totaling 43 respondents. The number of samples in this study were 43 respondents. In the univariate analysis, it was found that from 43 respondents, 31 respondents (72.1%) had good knowledge and 12 respondents (27.9) had poor knowledge. Bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between mother's knowledge about toddler development (p value 0.001). The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between mother's knowledge about the development of toddlers aged 2-36 months at the Kutilang posyandu, Sungai Medang Village.
