The solutions in current learning system is Electronic Learning or well known withE-Learning. Implementation of Electronic-Based Learning can be more varied andat the same time can eliminate the saturation of learners. In Education perception,aplication for E-Learning usually called with Learning Management System(LMS). This software includes material, quizzes , courses learning method and allof them are summarized in one application. Implementation of LMS in Universityof Slamet Riyadi Surakarta not running maximally. The solution for the problem isbetter to design LMS and it must be implemented for student. The new appliactionof LMS had been created and can be implemented for the students as end user.Thesubject of this research is the students who are taking class in InformationTechnology Education. They will take some courses with this electronic learningmethod that can be opened by online Meanwhile questioneer and testing areapplied to gain the data. The questioneer were done toward students after they aretaking courses with the application. Testing was conducted directly in learningprocess after they are given questioneer to be fullfilled. The data that collected thenanalyzed using experimental quantitative research. After the data accuratelycollected, then analyzed using Partial Least Square to measure reception level bythe students as end user.The results showed, based on the questionnaire and testingto end users can be concluded that the application LMS offered can be accepted forthe students. This is shown from the statistical results of the analysis of theinfluence between variables that are formulated. E Learning atau pembelajaran elektronik adalah konsep pembelajaran yang menggunakan media elektronik. Dewasa ini hampir semua lembaga pendidikan menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran elektronik dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar setiap harinya. Akan tetapi masih ada lembaga yang belum menerapkannya dikarenakan beberapa macam hal.           Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Waru Sukoharjo sebagai mitra kami dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dalam kesehariannya telah memiliki perangkat pembelajaran elektronik akan tetapi belum sepenuhnya dilaksanakan. Hal ini dikarenakan tidak sesuainya perangkat tersebut dengan kebutuhan dalmam belajar mengajar di sekolah.           Dengan kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapakan dapat menjadi alternatif baru bagi sekolah untuk menerapkan pembelajaran elektronik menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran elektronik yang sebelumnya digunakan Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. Kegiatan presentasi berupa sosialisasi perangkat pembelajaran dibutuhkan untuk memberikan pemahaman pada siswa mengenai perangkat lunak yang ditawarkan ini.

Online learning information that leads to an era of both digital processes and content in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is needed to keep up with the rapid development of the world of education. Learning activities can occur anywhere and anytime with online learning. The Covid 19 epidemic appears to hit the world at the end of 2019 and has stepped into total preparation. Need a high vigilance because of limited direct contact interaction with other humans. This has an impact on the continuity of learning in schools, so learning activities must be adapted into online forms. This article discusses an overview of online learning in dealing with the Covid-19 outbreak. The results of the study suggest that preparatory steps are needed as well as clear stages in online learning activities. In addition, the flexibility and adaptability of teachers and students plays an important role in online learning activities.Keywords : Covid-19, E-Learning, Industrial Revolution 4.0, Online , Pandemic Pembelajaran online informasi yang mengarah pada era digital baik proses maupun konten di era revolusi industri 4.0 sangat dibutuhkan untuk mengikuti perkembangan dunia pendidikan yang begitu pesat. Perlu sebuah kewaspadaan tinggi karena terbatasnya interaksi kontak langsung dengan manusia lain. Ini berdampak pada kelangsungan pembelajaran di sekolah, sehingga kegiatan pembelajaran harus diadaptasi ke dalam bentuk online. Artikel ini membahas tinjauan pembelajaran online dalam menghadapi wabah covid-19. Hasil penelitian mengemukakan bahwa diperlukan langkah langkah persiapan serta tahapan jelas dalam kegiatan pembelajaran online. Online learning plays a very important role in this current pandemic. All levels of education must implement online learning because face-to-face meetings are not possible. Many people complain that online learning is not effective. This is due to several thing, for example, the application of online learning requires accuracy to match students with their level of education, both in terms of strategy and application. This article discussed an overview of online learning by analysing the level of education and determining the appropriate technique. The results showed that analysis and preparation steps were needed. Therefore, it is necessary to do the right strategy in online learning activities by determining the techniques used. This is because a technique is not necessarily appropriate for all levels of education. The step must be appropriate for the level of education of the students. Based program android is useful for teachers as any media learning that can be used to given the lectures to students , especially in the hamper now where all students having android phone. This pandemic in the , online learning is the only alternative given the lectures to students and android based program was very helpful in learning . E-Learning is one of the solutions in current learning system. Implementation of electronic-based learning, teaching and learning process can be more varied at the same time can eliminate the saturation of learners. Implementation of E-Learning or well known as Learning Management System at Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta, so far not running maximally. Among the most fundamental features available are not in accordance with the standards of application of E-Learning. The solution for this problem is better to design a new system. The development model used is to adopt the Borg and Gall model with the outline of the prototype application. In developing this prototype, data collection needs of users is done to relevant stakeholders, namely Information Technology Education courses, students and lecturers as end users as well as experts in the field of IT and curriculum. The results showed, based on the questionnaire to end users can be concluded that the prototype offered can be accepted among the end users and experts. This is shown from the statistical results of the analysis of the influence between variables that are formulated. Hypothesis of influence between variables most or dominant produce prototype acceptable.
