Abstract

Yayasan Nurul Huda Insani merupakan lembaga yang bergerak pada bidang pendidikan Taman Kanak-kanak Alquran (TKQ) dimana berusia antara umur 5-7 tahun. Pembelajaran yang berlangsung sering kali orang tua memiliki keterbatasan dalam mengetahui akademik anak, baik informasi kegiatan sekolah, ataupun nilai akademik anak. Oleh karena dibutuhkan sistem informasi akademik yang dapat membantu orang tua dalam pemantauan prestasi akademik anak. Perancangan desain sistem informasi akademik Nurul Huda Insani berbasis website menggunakan yang fokus pada proses berpikir yang menyeluruh yang berpusat pada membangun solusi yang memahami kebutuhan pengguna. Empatize,(mendefinisikan masalah), ideate (membuat ide), prototype (meralisasikan ide), dan test (pengujian). Sebuah desain dengan ketelitian tinggi dan prototipe interaktif, yang kemudian diujikan kepada pengguna menggunakan metode Usability Scale System, merupakan hasil akhir dari penelitian ini. Hasilnya akan user-friendly untuk mempermudah orang tua dalam menggunakan dalam aplikasi ini. Menu-menu utama yang telah dirancang adalah menu orangtua, guru, dan admin. Sistem ini menghasilkan hasil komputasi sebesar 81 saat dinilai menggunakan uji System Usability Scale (SUS). Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem ini menghasilkan hasil yang baik dan dapat membantu sebagai referensi desain untuk mengembangkan aplikasi pemantauan akademik mahasiswa karena desain antarmuka pengguna yang didasarkan pada pengalaman pengguna dengan kategori accaptable (diterima).Kata kunci : Metode Design Thinking, Prototype,User Interface,User Experience ABSTRACTNurul Huda Insani Foundation is an institution engaged in the field of Al-Quran Kindergarten (TKQ) education for children aged 5-7 years. The learning that takes place often parents have limitations in knowing their children's academics, both school activity information, or children's academic grades. Therefore, an academic information system is needed that can help parents in monitoring their children's academic achievements. The design of the Nurul Huda Insani academic information system based on a website uses a focus on a comprehensive thinking process that is centered on building solutions that understand user needs. Empathize, (defining problems), ideate (creating ideas), prototype (realizing ideas), and test (testing). A design with high accuracy and an interactive prototype, which is then tested on users using the Usability Scale System method, is the final result of this study. The results will be user-friendly to make it easier for parents to use this application. The main menus that have been designed are the parent, teacher, and admin menus. This system produces a computational result of 81 when assessed using the System Usability Scale (SUS) test. Therefore, it can be concluded that this system produces good results and can help as a design reference for developing student academic monitoring applications because the user interface design is based on user experience with the accaptable category.Keywords: Design Thinking Method, Prototype, User Interface, User Experience

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how internal strategies and external challenges can influence the achievement of Regional Original Revenue targets at the Laboratory Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) of the Public Works and Public Housing Agency (Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat) of Cilacap Regency. The research object is the performance of the Laboratory Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD), a technical unit providing construction material testing services, which directly contributes to Regional Original Revenue in Cilacap Regency. The qualitative approach employed a case study method, and data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and documentation. The sample in this study was obtained purposively. The results indicate that internal strategies focused on superior testing methods such as core drilling, abrasion, and concrete compressive strength have been conducted. However, limited equipment, human resources, and the lack of accreditation are major obstacles. On the other hand, external challenges include the lack of updated Regional Regulation tariff regulations, the absence of formal obligations for the use of laboratory services for regional budget projects, and a saturated local market. These findings provide important implications for the Laboratory Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) in emphasizing policy revisions, increasing internal capacity, and strengthening inter-agency coordination to increase Regional Original Revenue realization.
