Abstract

The parking process at STMIK NH Jambi is still done manually which is only supervised by the security guard on duty at that time, so there is still a weakness in terms of security where the security guard can not control the vehicle in and out during the hours of duty. The purpose of this study is to create a web-based program, especially to facilitate the management of two-wheel parking, data collection and supervision, using the programming language PHP, Bootstrap¸framework CodeIgniter, and PHP Myadmin as a database. The methodology used in this study is directed object, which is poured using UML (Unified Modeling Language) that is Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, and Class Diagram and designing data structure. The results of this parking application processing application is expected to provide ease and safety in the parking process. It can be concluded that this vehicle parking processing application can assist in the issue of incoming and outgoing vehicle governance in detail with clear reports.

Abstract

In process inventory data processing, where research is done so with computerized standards. In the process of borrowing and returns of goods are still manually. The purpose of the practicum research report writing this is to create a web-based program specifically to facilitate logging inventory, borrowing and returns of goods using the programming language PHP, CodeIgniter framework Bootstrap, and MySQL as the database in the application inventory data processing goods at the Central computer lab STMIK Nurdin of Jambi Hamzah web based. The methodology used in the writing of the report job practice is field research, the study of the literature and research laboratories. The analysis phase consists of: UML (Unified Modeling Language), Use Case diagrams, Activity diagrams, and Class Diagrams in designing databases, data structures, design, specification of input and output processes and stages of implementation. The results of the analysis and design of data-processing application is expected to provide ease in the process of penginventarisan, so that it can save you time, effort and cost. Inconclusive data processing applications can help in the search of the data items, borrowing, payback, and the making of the report. For advice on this application can be developed by adding logic calculations and processes needed in the future.

Abstract

The development of science and technology was so rapid that offers easiness in running activities and work. The presence of this technology is intended to achieve better results in the achievement of the accuracy of the information. Given good information system will provide easy access to various desirable. One such technology is the development of Android, Android is an operating system for smartphones that have Linux-based. Android provides an open platform for developers to create their own applications that have been used by a variety of mobile devices. An android application can also be used to address the problems that exist in the environment STMIK-NH Jambi like attendance system. This application aims to replace the manual attendance system that already exists for the move to the android-based application system. This application will be much more effective and efficient than the old system. The data entered in the form of data subjects, the student data, and the latest student photos. The device used is Android Studio, genymotion, and Java Develpoment Kit. The programming languages in use are Java and database used is SQLite.

Abstract

Rantau Makmur Village Office is a village government agency institution located in Rantau Makmur Village, Berbak District, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. Rantau Makmur Village Office serves the community in a variety of correspondence needs. One of them is Data Collection of the population and its processor in the form of monthly report and its application into the leges. But in the implementation there are still some problems. The problem is still often a mistake in processing or registering the population, This is because in processing still with manual process. Application of Information Systems Data Processing Population In Rantau Makmur Village Office was made with the aim to facilitate the Village Rantau Makmur to provide services more effective and efficient. This application is made with web programming language with MySQL database. The input of this information system is of population data, birth data, family head data, death data, moving data, migrant data. While the output of this information system is the report of population data, birth data, family head data, death data, data moved, and data of migrants. The results of this study are expected to assist employees in performing their duties properly.

Abstract

Information Systems (SI) are a combination of information technology and activities of people who use technology that supports operations and management. The application is a useful component as a medium for managing data or various other activities such as making or processing documents and files. Net Cellindo is a spare parts shop and mobile service for all brands in Jambi City, Net Cellindo was started to be established in Jambi City on September 17, 2016 and initiated by Hamsun the owner of Net Cellindo. Initially Cellindo Net only existed in Jambi City, but along with the highly developed technological developments in the business world, Net Cellindo has now opened 4 branches in major cities, namely, Jambi, Palembang, Lampung and Jakarta. Processing data is the manipulation of data into a form that is more useful and more meaningful, contains information. The results of the study concluded that with the application of sales data processing in the Net Cellindo Store, it can help collection of sales items and sales reports that are more detailed to be understood.

Abstract

Pregnancy is something that is very important for a mother. Information about pregnancy disorders that occur during pregnancy is needed, especially for pregnant women. Pregnant women tend to feel symptoms that are different from the normal pregnancy experienced by pregnant women. The risk of maternal mortality is caused by several factors, namely being late to recognize danger, delaying decision making to be referred, being late to health facilities and being late to get adequate services by health workers. The purpose of this study is to design an expert system for pregnancy disorders by applying the Forward Method Chaining. The system to be designed is a system that transfers the knowledge of a doctor to an expert system (Artificial Intelligence), which will help patients know the disease they are suffering from. This system is designed based on Website using PHP Framework Code Igniter script and using MySQL database. With the established Pregnancy Disorders Expert System, it makes it easier for pregnant women to diagnose pregnancy disorders so that they can provide the right treatment or treatment.

Abstract

In managing good stitching order data at the Chaniago Jambi Boutique in recording data archiving activities are still classified as manual, especially in ordering ginger, employees are still recording in the agenda book. That is what underlies the study of Jambi Chaniago Boutique. So that errors often occur in daily, weekly, monthly reporting, at this time a more structured order orders data management system is needed in order to accelerate data management. From that the researchers designed the application of stitch order data management which was considered important to help the Chaniago Boutique Boutique ordering section. In conducting research, researchers use several research methodologies, including field research as the main source in obtaining input data such as product, customer and order data for the purposes of processing data in systems, libraries, and laboratories. This application was built with the support of PHP programming language that is connected to the MySQL database with the final results in the form of reports and product information, customers and orders. Furthermore, the application that has been built can further assist Chaniago Jambi Boutique in building the initial foundation of data collection orders for digital stitches. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the application of logistical data processing in the Caniago Jambi Boutique Clothing Pattern Calculation Application was made with the aim of assisting the Jambi Chaniago Boutique in processing data related to seam orders.

Abstract

The service and facility monitoring application at the Paal X Health Center is a collection of complaints or messages from visitors regarding the services and facilities available at the Paal X Health Center. The Paal X Health Center does not yet have a complaint website that can input all complaints from visitors or patients seeking treatment at the Paal X Health Center. In designing the complaint information system at the Paal X Health Center, it contains input, process, and output on the complaint program that is run and modeled with UML (Unified Modeling Language) including Activity diagrams, use case diagrams, and sequence diagrams. The final result of this research is to produce a service and facility application design at the Paal X Health Center, where on this website visitors or patients can input their complaints or complaints about the services and facilities obtained during treatment and can view updated information from the Paal X Health Center. Monitoring application services and facilities at the Puskesmas were built using the PHP programming language with MySQL as the database.

Abstract

In the world of education, information technology plays a very important role in supporting the teaching and learning process and supporting activities in schools, but not all activity processes have been accommodated by technological developments. The election system for the chairman and vice chairman of the OSIS at SMK Negeri 4 Batanghari still uses the conventional method. The voting process that is carried out is by ticking or punching on the ballot paper as a way of selecting candidates for the chairman and vice chairman of the OSIS. To overcome this, an application was built to carry out web-based voting or what is called e-voting (electronic voting). The evoting system is considered more effective and efficient in facilitating the vote counting process and the results of the election can be known quickly and accurately. In the process of making and designing an e-voting information system for the election of chairman and vice chairman of student council at SMK Negeri 4 Batanghari using the PHP programming language and using the MySql database, the author carried out system development with design analysis, system design, data flow diagrams.
