<![CDATA[Abstract: Mango leaves are known to have antioxidant, anti-acne, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, and contain flavonoid compounds, gallic acid, astragalin, filsetin, and quersetin. This study aims to determine whether variations in HPMC levels affect the physical stability of the peel-off gel mask sedan extract of Mango Leaves (Mangifera indica L.).This type of research is an experimental study, which observes the effect of variations in HPMC levels on the physical stability of peel-off gel mask preparations of Mango Leaf (Mangifera indica L.) ethanol extract.The yield of mango leaf extract obtained was 34.06% w / w. The third organoleptic formulation was in the form of peel-off gel, yellow green, jasmine odor, and a homogeneous result was obtained with pH 6. All three formulations had different drying times, in formulation III had a drying time with an average of 1493 seconds while in formulation I had a time dries longer with an average of 1319 seconds. In the adhesion test produced the best is with an average of 15.67 seconds. In the spread test, the three formulations did not meet the spread test requirements, which were 5-7 cm2. The protective power test for formulations I, II, and III has a protective power with an average of 30 seconds. Differences in the variation of HPMC levels affect the stickiness test with a significant value of 0.333, the dry time test with a significant value of 0.001, the spreadability with a significant value of 0.0001, and have no effect on the organoleptic test, pH test, homogeneity test and protective power test. Variations in HPMC levels did not affect the physical stability of the peel-off gel mask preparation of Mango Leaf (Mangifera indica L.) ethanol extract which included organoleptic test, homogeneity, and pH test. Abstrak: Daun mangga diketahui memiliki aktivitas sebagai antioksidan, antijerawat, antiinflamasi, antipiretik, dan mengandung senyawa flavonoid, asam galat, astragalin, filsetin, dan quersetin.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah variasi kadar HPMC berpengaruh terhadap stabilitas fisik sedian masker gel peel-off ekstrak etanol Daun Mangga (Mangifera indica L.).Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental, yaitu mengamati pengaruh variasi kadar HPMC terhadap stabilitas fisik sediaan masker gel peel-off ekstrak etanol Daun Mangga (Mangifera indica L.).Rendemen ekstrak daun mangga yang diperoleh adalah 34,06% b/b. Organoleptis ketiga formulasi berbentuk gel peel-off, berwarna hijau kuning, bau melati, dan didapat hasil yang homogen dengan pH 6. Ketiga formulasi memiliki waktu mengering berbeda, pada formulasi III memiliki waktu mengering dengan rata-rata 1493 detik sedangkan pada formulasi I memiliki waktu mengering lebih lama dengan rata-rata 1319 detik. Pada uji daya lekat yang dihasilkan paling bagus yaitu dengan rata-rata 15,67 detik. Pada uji daya sebar dari ketiga formulasi tersebut tidak memenuhi persyaratan uji daya sebar yaitu 5 ? 7 cm2. Uji daya proteksi formulasi I,II, dan III memiliki daya proteksi dengan rata-rata 30 detik. Perbedaan variasi kadar HPMC berpengaruh pada uji daya lekat dengan nilai signifikan 0,333, uji waktu mengering dengan nilai signifikan 0,001, daya sebar dengan nilai signifikan 0,0001, dan tidak berpengaruh pada uji organoleptis, uji pH, uji homogenitas dan uji daya proteksi.Variasi kadar HPMC tidak berpengaruh terhadap stabilitas fisik sediaan masker gel peel-off ekstrak etanol Daun Mangga (Mangifera indica L.) yang meliputi uji organoleptis, homogenitas, dan uji pH.Kata Kunci : Daun Mangga (Mangifera indica L.), Masker gel peel-off, Stabilitas fisik sediaan.]]>
