Abstract

Motivasi belajar dan disiplin siswa merupakan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar PPKn. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji ada tidaknya hubungan motivasi belajar dan disiplin siswa secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar PPKn kelas V SD Gugus Tugu Muda Kota Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V SD Gugus Tugu Muda Kota Semarang berjumlah 128 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, sebanyak 128 siswa. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis korelasi pearson product moment. Hubungan yang dihasilkan motivasi belajar dan disiplin siswa dengan hasil belajar siswa adalah kuat, dengan koefisien korelasinya sebesar 0,534 dan besarnya kontribusi yaitu 55,5 %. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan yang positif, kuat dan signifikan antara motivasi belajar dan disiplin siswa secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar PPKn kelas V SD Gugus Tugu Muda Kota Semarang. Learning motivation and student discipline are factors that can affect civic education learning outcomes. This research purposed to examinate any relations between learning motivation and student discipline mutually with 5th grade student of Gugus Tugu Muda Kota Semarang’s civic education learning outcomes. The population of this research were 128 Gugus Tugu Muda Kota Semarang 5th grade students by using saturated sampling method. The research data were analyzed by using descriptive statistical analysis and pearson product moment correlation analysis. Correlation produced by learning motivation and student discipline was strong, with 0.534 correlation coefficient and 55.5% contribution. The conclussion of this research was possitively strong and significant correlation happened between learning motivation and student discipline mutually with 5th grade student of Gugus Tugu Muda Kota Semarang’s civic education learning outcomes.

Abstract

Companies always desire to increase their value to attract investors, but sometimes they manipulate financial reports so they always look good every year. This study aims to determine the effect of financial stability, external pressure, personal financial needs, and financial targets for indications of financial statement fraud. The research population totaled 27 companies selected using a purposive sampling technique, obtaining ten companies with three years of observation, namely 2019-2021, and using multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results show that financial stability has a positive effect, while external pressure, personal financial needs, and financial targets do not affect indications of financial statement fraud. Simultaneously, financial stability, external pressure, personal financial needs, and financial targets have a positive effect with a significance value of 0.038 on indications of fraud in financial reports on food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2021.
