Abstract

Berkembangnya bank syariah yang ada di Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa keputusan konsumen menggunakan bank syariah semakin baik. Keputusan ini didorong oleh adanya norma subjektif dimana konsumen lebih percaya pada rekomendasi orang yang pernah menggunakan bank dibandingkan promosi yang diberikan. Munculnya anggapan bahwa bank syariah dan bank konvensional itu sama menandakan kurangnya pengetahuan konsumen sehingga mengakibatkan sulitnya meningkatkan keputusan menjadi nasabah bank syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh norma subjektif dalam memediasi hubungan pengetahuan konsumen terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah bank syariah. Metode deskriptif asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 250 nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) di Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi yang diambil dengan teknik probability sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan aplikasi AMOS 26. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan konsumen berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap norma subjektif, norma subjektif berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah, dan norma subjektif memediasi secara positif dan signifikan hubungan pengetahuan konsumen terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial mental attitude. Descriptive and associative methods with a quantitative approach. Sample determination using stratified sampling technique. The sample population amounted to 180 students in the city of sukabumi who were in the generation z age group. Multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS version 26 application were used in this study. The results showed that entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial motivation have a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial mental attitude in generation z.

Abstract

The banking sector faces increasing challenges in managing millennial employees who dominate today’s workforce, particularly in maintaining creativity amid performance fluctuations. Perumda BPR Sukabumi has experienced inconsistencies in employee performance and attendance, indicating potential issues related to talent management practices and work mental conditions. This study aims to examine the influence of talent management strategy and work mental condition on the creativity of millennial employees. A quantitative research design with descriptive and associative approaches was employed. Data were collected through a semantic differential scale questionnaire distributed to 35 millennial employees using a saturated sampling technique. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results indicate that talent management strategy has a positive and significant effect on employee creativity, particularly through effective recruitment, development, and retention practices. In addition, work mental condition, reflected in balanced workload, manageable mental effort, and controlled psychological stress, also shows a significant positive effect on creativity. These findings suggest that organizations need to integrate strategic talent management with supportive mental work conditions to enhance creative performance among millennial employees.
