Abstract

ABSTRACTDisputes are disputes, disputes or disputes that occur between one party and another related to valuable rights in the form of money or property.Shari'ah economic disputes are the domain of disputes in business or trade activities. Shari'ah economic disputes can occur before or after the agreement is agreed, for example regarding the object of the agreement, the price of goods, and the contents of the agreement (Akad).In this case, this research focuses on the resolution of non-litigation sharia economic disputes on the murabahahh contract and the application of the murabahahh contract in Bspm Mulia Babat.This research is a descriptive qualitative research is a research method to make a picture of a situation or event, so that it is desirable to hold the accumulation of basic data using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study are that the resolution of non-litigation sharia economic disputes in the murabahahh contract in the compt btm noble tripe uses the system of family, peace, deliberation (sulhu) and the application of murabahah contract in accordance with Islamic economic principles and principles.         Keywords: Dispute Resolution, Non Litigation and Murabahahh Agreemen

Abstract

 Tarot is often used as a medium for divination, commonly employed to foresee potential events in the future. On the other hand, tarot is also a form of visual art that has endured through time and has been repurposed as a divination tool. This final project focuses on the creation of printmaking artworks themed tarot was inspiration of human activities on pandemic. It captures moments from the pandemic, recorded and transformed into works of art to be appreciated in the future, presented in a format resembling tarot cards. The creation process uses the linocut printmaking technique, with canvas as the final print medium, it chosen as an alternative to paper, offering a different option for the final printing stage. This work is intended to represent human activities during the pandemic and the period that followed. Through this artwork, the creator aims to document and preserve moments experienced during the pandemic, serving as a record of human life during and after that time. Tarot seringkali digunakan sebagai media ramal yang digunakan untuk melihat potensi-potensi yang akan terjadi pada masa depan, di sisi lain tarot merupakan sebuah karya seni visual yang bisa bertahan hingga sekarang ini yang dialih fungsikan sebagai media ramal. Tugas akhir ini berfokus pada penciptaan karya grafis yang bertemakan inspirasi tarot dalam aktivitas masa pandemi. Merupakan momen-momen selama pandemi yang direkam untuk dijadikan sebuah karya seni yang dapat dinikmati di kemudian hari yang dikemas sedemikian rupa seperti tarot. Proses penciptaan menggunakan teknik grafis linocut dengan media cetak akhir berupa kanvas, yang dipilih untuk media alternatif seni cetak yang bisa dipakai selain media kertas, dan dapat dijadikan sebuah pilihan lain ketika proses akhir mencetak. Karya ini dibuat untuk merepresentasikan kegiatan manusia selama adanya pandemi covid sampai masa-masa setelahnya, yang dimaksudkan melalui karya ini penulis ingin merekam momen-momen yang dijumpai ketika pandemi berlangsung dan bisa sebagai rekaman kegiatan manusia pada masa itu dan setelahnya.
