Abstract

Penelitian berjudul “Pengaruh Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Economic Value Added Dan Net Profit Margin Terhadap Harga Saham Di Bursa Efek Indonesia” penelitian ini membahas pengaruh yang diberikan oleh Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Economic Value Added Dan Net Profit Margin Terhadap Harga Saham tujuan penelitian ini adalah : (1) untuk menentukan secara parsial apakah ROA, ROE, EVA dan NPM memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan real estate and property periode 2012 – 2016. (2) untuk menentukan secara bersamaan apakah ROA, ROE, EVA dan NPM memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan real estate and property periode 2012 – 2016 jumlah sempel adalah diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang di peroleh 25 perusahaan yang termasuk kedalam kriteria. Anasis data menggunakan teknik analisi regrisi linier berganda dengan asumsi klasik normalitas auto korelasi, multikolinieritas dan heteroskedasitas. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini berdasarkan pada uji simultan (uji f) dan uji parsial (uji t) dengan signifikasi 5%. Berdasarkan analisis, menyimpulkan bahwa secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan dan secara simultan Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Economic Value Added dan Net Profit Margin memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan 0,002 terhadap harga saham dengan koefisien determinasi 0,566%. Ini menunjukan bahwa 0,566% harga saham dijelaskan oleh lima variabel independen dan selanjutnya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.Kata kunci : Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Economic Value Added,Net Profit Margin dan Harga Saham

Abstract

Stunting is a condition where the body's growth is hampered in children due to a lack of adequate nutrition, especially during the early growth period, namely the first two years. This condition usually occurs because children do not get enough nutrition, both in the amount and diversity of food needed for optimal growth. The aim of implementing the Community Work Lecture Program (K3) is to provide knowledge and insight about stunting prevention. As well as to increase public awareness and change people's behavior to live healthy lives. The method for implementing K3 is lectures, discussions and questions and answers to the people of Klebet Village Rt 1, 2, 3 Rw 1 who participate in Posyandu Pisang. Evaluation of this activity was carried out by looking at participants' understanding of stunting and related balanced nutrition. The evaluation results show that 65% of participants in Community Work Lecture (K3) activities understand stunting and balanced nutrition. It is hoped that public knowledge about stunting, especially proper stunting prevention, can reduce the risk of stunting problems in Indonesia

Abstract

This Community Partnership Program activity aims to design an e-tourism site for an educational Ecological tourism village that promotes agricultural, plantation and livestock products in Klebet Village, Kemiri District, Tangerang Regency. There are 2 stages of implementing this activity, namely designing virtual e-tourism promotional media and how to apply social media in promoting an educational ecological tourism village in Klebet Village. The result of the service is the Klebet Village e-tourism website as an Educational Ecological Tourism Village which contains profile features village. The benefit of e-tourism sites for farmers and livestock breeders is that they apply e-tourism websites as a medium for online introduction. The conclusion of the service is that educational e-tourism is an alternative to increase added value for honey pumpkin farmers or Women Farming Groups (KWT) to achieve family welfare. With the results of this activity, it is hoped that it can improve the education of the public, students and university students in managing honey gourds as a practical learning medium for educational tourism which has an impact on improving the welfare of honey gourd farmers
