Abstract

Pentingnya manajemen strategi dalam peningkatan mutu di Perpustakaan Pondok Pesantren Zainul Hasan Genggong, sehingga lancar pelaksaan kegiatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) Mendeskripsikan konsep dasar manajemen strategi dalam peningkatan mutu perpustakaan Pesantren. 2) Mendeskripsikan implementasi manajemen strategi dalam meningkatkan mutu Perpustakaan Pondok Pesantren.Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, subyek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Bagian Umum, Kepala Sub. Bagian Kedaerahan, dan Kepala Perpustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pelaksanaan manajemen strategi dalam peningkatan mutu perpustakaan pesantren yaitu proses dan hasil pembelajaran diperoleh dari bekerja sama dan berkolaborasi dengan orang lain. Hasil belajar diperoleh dari sharing antara teman, antara kelompok dan antara yang tahu dan yang belum tahu.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the role of curriculum management in the implementation of the Strengthening Pancasila Profile (P5) project with a case study at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Probolinggo. P5 is an initiative that aims to strengthen the understanding and implementation of Pancasila values in the educational environment. MAN 2 Probolinggo was chosen as the research location because it is one of the educational institutions that runs the P5 project with high commitment. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The respondents consisted of principals, teachers and management staff who were directly involved in the implementation of the P5 project. The collected data were analyzed using content analysis techniques to identify the role of curriculum management in supporting the P5 project. The results showed that curriculum management has a significant role in the successful implementation of the P5 project at MAN 2 Probolinggo. The practical implication of this study is the importance of the active role of curriculum management in supporting efforts to improve the understanding and application of Pancasila values in schools. The findings of this study are expected to be an input for education policy makers to strengthen the role and function of curriculum management in supporting the goals of character education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Health products called Hand Sanitizers can kill germs and bacteria, apart from its very simple use, no need to use water, the use of hand sanitizers can be used anywhere, such as after eating, when in contact with friends, when from throwing garbage. This service activity aims to produce health products that are beneficial to the entire community as well as for the family and ourselves. In using the Method, we conduct lectures so that people understand about how to make hand sanitizers and explain their benefits. From the results of this service, it was explained that people understand how to make hand sanitizers from natural ingredients and know their functions and benefits.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of school culture on teacher performance and the effect of teacher work motivation on teacher performance. This type of research is a qualitative research sourced from existing theories and previous research journals that are relevant to the variables in this study. The results showed that school culture had a positive effect on teacher performance, teacher work motivation had a positive effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

Abstraksi : Makalah ini menjelaskan tentang Baytul Hikmah sebagai pusat peradaban tertinggi Islam pada dinasti ‘Abbasiyah. Dinasti ‘Abbasiyah yang dipelopori oleh khalifah Harun al-Rasyid (786-809 M) dengan semangat keilmuannya yang tinggi mampu mendirikan perpustakaan pribadi yang bernama Kanz al-Hikmah, dengan koleksi buku yang banyak. Setelah itu dikembangkan oleh anaknya yang bernama Khalifah al-Ma’mun (813-833 M), sehingga perpustakaan Kanz al-Hikmah menjadi besar, kemudian diganti dengan Baytul Hikmah. Koleksi buku di Baytul Hikmah semakin banyak ( sekitar 600.000 jilid buku, 2.400 diantaranya adalah al-Qur’an dengan berhiaskan emas dan perak) dan banyak juga koleksi buku langka dari Persia, Yunani dan negara-negara Eropa. Baytul Hikmah adalah satu diantara 37 perpustakaan di Baghdad pada abad ke-13 terbesar, terlengkap dan mempunyai aktivitas keilmuan yang jelas, seperti membaca, menerjemah dan berdiskusi. Tetapi, seiring berjalannya waktu, Baytul Hikmah mengalami kemunduran yang drastis, dikarenakan pecahnya negara Islam di Timur Tengah, seperti: Mesir dan Siria dikarenakan system pemerintahannya kurang bagus dan juga penghancuran kota Baghdad oleh Hulagu Khan dari Mongolia.

Abstract

Abstract The school as an educational management institution is the second institution after the family which consists of several elements, including the principal, teachers, employees, students and errand boys or school managers. So it is necessary to have an established management and organization so that educational activities run smoothly and are in accordance with the goals of national education. Therefore, to find out in detail about the school management of the Tarbiyah faculty, Zainul Hasan Genggong Islamic University held a teaching practice program. Where this teaching practice is a program that provides material and practice on how to teach well, master classes, interact with students and train students mentally so that they are not awkward when they become real teachers. School management is an integrated part of Teaching Practice activities in schools in the form of an introduction to various aspects of schooling and its management mechanisms, both concerning educational and administrative aspects, under the guidance and coordination of the school principal.
