Abstract

This article is conducted in order to provide an alternative learning model that can be chosen by the teacher to learn fundamental movement skills in elementary school. The learning model which is described in this article is the result of research and development using Borg and Gall model. This article focuses on discussing the effectiveness of applying the learning model by using MBG on health sport and physical education learning. The effectiveness was measured by testing the MBG model to 70 students on fourth grade. The effectiveness measurement  was  carried  out  on  the  quality  of  the  process  by  using  the  Formative  Class  Evaluation  (FCE) questionnaire while the quality of the results used the fundamental movement skills measurement instrument. Data analysis was conducted by using descriptive statistics and different tests used t-test based on the results of the normality test data distribution by using Kolmogorov-Smirnov. The results showed that the quality of the learning process was included in the good category. On the other hand, learning outcomes before and after learning showed a significant increase (p <0.05). Hence, it can be concluded that the MBG development result model is effectively applied in health sport and physical education learning, especially in fourth grade. Keywords: movement-based games; learning effectivity; fundamental movement skills; students; elementary school.

Abstract

Pada era milenial, penggunaan gadget telah menjadi hal lumrah di kalangan sekolah. metode resitasi dirasa cocok pada penelitian ini guna menguatkan literasi siswa pada pembelajaran PJOK untuk meningkatkan hasil belajarnya. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas maka penting adanya penelitian tindakan kelas tentang peningkatan hasil belajar melalui penguatan literasi siswa pada pembelajaran PJOK di SMP Labschool UNESA 3. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes (pengisian soal) yang diberikan pada akhir kegiatan pembelajaran (post-test) setelah pemberian treatmen. Pengisian soal ini dilakukan untuk menandai berakhirnya tiap-tiap siklus. Pemberian soal disesuaikan dengan materi ajar yang diberikan oleh guru ada saat itu. Metode resitasi adalah cara penyampaian materi ajar dengan memberikan tugas kepada siswa untuk dikerjakan dalam rentangan waktu tertentu dan hasilnya dapat dipertanggung jawabkan. Bersarkan penelitian telah menunjukkan adanya perubahan dalam kemapuan belajar peserta didik dilihat pada Siklus pertama persentase nilai perserta didik sebesar 79%, pada nilai ketuntasan sebesar 81%. Sedangkan pada siklus kedua hasil persentase nilai peserta didik adalah 91% dan nilai ketuntasannya sebesar 95%.Perubahan perilaku yang dapat diamati dan diukur sebagai akibat dari proses pembelajaran perubahan ini bisa meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan atau sikap peserta didik. Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Penelitian, Ketuntasan In the millennial era, the use of gadgets has become commonplace in schools. The recitation method was deemed suitable for this research to strengthen students' literacy in PJOK learning to improve their learning outcomes. Based on the problems above, it is important to conduct classroom action research on improving learning outcomes through strengthening student literacy in PJOK learning at SMP Labschool UNESA 3. The instrument used in this research is a test (filling in questions) which is given at the end of the learning activity (post-test) after giving treatment. This question is filled in to mark the end of each cycle. The questions are given according to the teaching material provided by the teacher at that time. The recitation method is a way of delivering teaching material by giving assignments to students to be done within a certain time span and the results can be accounted for. Based on research, it has shown that there is a change in students' learning abilities, seen in the first cycle, the percentage of students' scores was 79%, and the completion score was 81%. Meanwhile, in the second cycle, the percentage of student scores was 91% and the completion score was 95%. Changes in behavior that can be observed and measured as a result of the learning process, these changes can improve students' knowledge, skills or attitudes. Abstract

ABSTRAK Melihat kenyataan yang terjadi di SMP LABSCHOOL UNESA 3. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa kebugaran siswa kelas VIII B dirasa kurang karena proses pembelajaran yang kurang menarik dan menyenangkan. Sehingga siswa kurang aktif mengikuti dan akhirnya kebugaran jasmani mereka rendah. Pendidikan jasmani kesehatan dan rekreasi adalah salah satu mata pelajaran wajib di sekolah mulai tingkat SD sampai tingkat SMA yang pelaksanaannya harus memperlakukan siswa secara individu dengan memperhatikan masalah yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas VIII-B SMP LABSCHOOL UNESA 3 yang berjumlah 38 siswa dengan 20 siswa laki-laki dan 18 siswa perempuan. Kelas VIII-B merupakan kelas unggulan yang kalau dilihat dari kemampuan akademisnya mereka mempunyai rata-rata yang lebih baik dari pada kelas yang lain.Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan tindakan pada siklus I dan siklus II, dapat dinyatakan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kebugaran jasmani (VO2Max) siswa baik proses maupun hasil dari tes. Data awal telah dambil mendapat rata-rata VO2Max 25,7 dengan pesentasi 50% hanya 19 siswa dari 38 siswa yang kebugarannya baik Oleh karena itu, peneliti mengambil langkah penelitian dengan menerapkan pendekatan bermain dalam proses pembelajaran. Sehingga dapat meningkatkan Kebugaran siswa dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran dan akhirnya kebugaran jasmaninya pun dapat meningkat. Looking at the reality of what happened at UNESA 3rd LABSCHOOL SMP. Researchers concluded that the fitness of class VIII B students was felt to be lacking because the learning process was less interesting and enjoyable. So students are less active and ultimately their physical fitness is low. Health and recreation physical education is one of the mandatory subjects in schools from elementary school to high school level, the implementation of which must treat students individually by paying attention to the problems they face. This research was conducted on students in class VIII-B SMP LABSCHOOL UNESA 3, totaling 38 students with 20 male students and 18 female students. Class VIII-B is a superior class which, if seen from their academic abilities, has a better average than the other classes. Based on the results of implementing actions in cycle I and cycle II, it can be stated that there has been a good increase in students' physical fitness (VO2Max). process and results of the test. Initial data has been taken to get an average VO2Max of 25.7 with a percentage of 50%, only 19 students out of 38 students had good fitness. Therefore, researchers took research steps by implementing a play approach in the learning process. So that it can increase students' fitness in participating in the learning process and ultimately their physical fitness can also increase
