Abstract

A simple structure to measure the viscosity of a cookie jam has been built. The purpose is to help home industries to judge the right time to stop heating and stirring. The value is used in order to get the optimum result of jam for a good taste and economically considered. The load cell is applied to measure the viscosity by fixing it to the stirrer wing and converting the viscosity directly as weight. The number of the viscosity is compared to the OIL SAE commercial standard number and programmed in the microcontroller to display the corresponding values as approximation. The structure and the system can be easily adapted for other kind of purposes with similar interest

Abstract

This research discusses the design and construction of an oil palm fruit sorting tool and a counter for the number of oil palm fruits that work automatically using the working principle of a color sensor. This tool can work automatically because it is controlled by an ATmega328 microcontroller. Overall this system consists of designing a color sensor, motor controller, conveyor, and power supply. Item detection consists of 328 microcontroller technology, color sensor, proximity sensor, LCD, IOT, and PC display. The testing stages of this tool include testing the sensor circuit, testing the servo motor circuit, and testing the automatic oil palm fruit sorting and counting tool. When the oil palm fruit is detected, the color sensor will take data. The captured data will be sent to the microcontroller and displayed to the LCD, IOT and PC. There are additional devices in the form of undercooked, ripe and past ripe separation bars by utilizing a DC servo motor.ATmega328

Abstract

A human stress detector has been designed with the physiological parameters of stress. Stress is a common respond to the demands of the body. There is a necessity for self adjustment, thus it causes disturbance in body’s equilibrium. Nowadays, stress is not only experienced by the elders, but also young people. Stress also affects the condition of the body. When someone is stressed, the body will hold integrated reactions against the stressors. These reactions include the increasing heart rate, fast breathing, and cold sweating. The detector works on the condition of the body by using a GSR sensor to determine the conductivity of the skin, HIR333 to detect changes in heart and body temperature DS18B20, which then compared with the specified parameters.

Abstract

Produced heat from motorcycle exhaust has been used to recharge cellphone batteries using a thermoelectric seebeck generator and program settings from the Arduino microcontroller. This tool consists of an LM 35 sensor that functions as a temperature reader, TEG as a heat converter to voltage, DC to DC Booster as a voltage controller, Arduino Uno as a data processor, LCD as a display. The software in this tool uses the Arduino IDE program. This tool is used to convert heat into voltage. The working principle of this system in general is that when the exhaust heat is removed, the controller will read the data from the LM 35 temperature sensor. After that the data will be processed by the microcontroller. After obtaining the processed data, the result data is then displayed on the LCD and the relay circuit will activate the system when the required voltage is appropriate
