Abstract

Regional Secretary (SETDA) of Bandung City is a local government agency that has the main tasks and functions to Realize Public Services and Excellent Service Personnel to support the Vision of Bandung City as the Superior City of Bandung. The Regional Secretary of the City of Bandung is currently experiencing difficulties in managing information relating to asset investment and management, so it is necessary to strive to manage information better, one form of its application is through information systems using computer-based information technology. In information technology there are three interrelated parts, namely: hardware, software, and database. Integrated information system architecture planning and in accordance with the organization's business goals is one of the efforts to improve services in a better direction so that it is able to compete with other organizations. In this study discusses the planning of information systems architecture management assets in the general section and equipment of the City of Bandung, a case study in the Regional Secretary (SETDA) of the City of Bandung. The discussion of this research is emphasized in four stages, namely: business architecture planning, data architecture planning, application architecture planning, and technology architecture planning. The results of the research conducted are the planning of information systems architecture management in the Regional Secretary of the City of Bandung, in the form of recommendations for the development of information systems architecture to support the improvement of public service performance and system integration into all parts of the organization.Keywords: Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture, Technology Architecture, EAP

Abstract

A wedding invitation is a letter in the form of a card asking the recipient to attend a wedding. But now, wedding invitations can also be distributed via social media in the form of a web which is commonly called digital invitations. This study discusses the registration process, inputting forms, package selection, and payment. In addition, there is an admin interface whose job is to manage transactions which include managing payments, and managing incoming orders in the form of user data that will be included in the invitation web design.

Abstract

Mang Jana rice shop (TB MJ) is a CV-shaped company which operates in the field of selling basic necessities which is located in Bandung City, precisely in Ujungberung District. This shop experiences an increase in sales every month. In this case it is necessary to predict the number of sales in the coming period. Forecasting (forecasting) means estimating what will happen in the future, and planning means deciding what to do once it is done. The Least Square method is a sales forecasting method by minimizing the criterion function of the sum of the squares of forecasting errors, so that it can be used for sales forecasting. The Least Square Method is an analysis method that aims to predict the future by looking for similarities in data trends which includes time series analysis for two cases: even and odd data. The amount of data may increase. The results of the study show that the application built is very helpful for the rice shop in making predictions so that it is more precise and accurate.

Abstract

Sudah tidak asing lagi, berbagai macam kebutuhan sudah menggunakan akses internet, Contohnya Website. Bukan hanya Perusahaan atau Instansi saja yang menggunakan website untuk kebutuhannya. Bahkan dalam bidang pendidikan pun, sistem informasi berbasis web ini sudah banyak digunakan dibeberapa sekolah. Hal ini dikarenakan mengikuti kemajuan teknologi yang sudah semakin pesat. Pembangunan Sistem Informasi Keuangan berbasis Web ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem informasi keuangan sekolah yang akan digunakan oleh bagian Keuangan atau Tata Usaha (TU), untuk mengelola dan memperoleh informasi mengenai data keuangan SMK PGRI 1 CIMAHI. Untuk membangun sistem ini, penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, lalu menggunakan MySQL sebagai databasenya.

Abstract

In a school that has hundreds of students, the attendance system or attendance recording is a problem in terms of practicality and data capture. Especially during a pandemic like this, learning is carried out online or in a network, commonly called distance learning (PJJ). Currently, various applications of technological advances have been created and begun to replace conventional systems. One of them is an Android-based attendance application system. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design an application that can help manage attendance data more easily and accurately. System modeling uses Unified Modelling Language (UML) to describe visually, then implemented with PHP and JavaScript programming languages, React Native Framework, and MySQL database as a database. With the mobile-based attendance system, it can make it easier for teachers to conduct attendance effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease 2019 or better known as Covid 19 spreads very quickly and has become a pandemic for the world today. In its development process, it is very dynamic and complex, consisting of many interrelated and different components, each with its own purpose. As for the dynamic and complex issues in the spread of the Corona virus, the ability is absolutely necessary to limit the spread of the virus. For this reason, it is necessary to know the factors that influence and inhibit the spread of the virus as well as what strategies are needed and analyze the dynamic causality of these factors by using an approach method that uses a Causal Loop Diagram (CLD) system. The purpose of this study is to obtain an appropriate decision solution to manage the spread of the corona virus by using a causal graph approximation system.

Abstract

The activity "Trend Analysis for Financial Reports and Income Forecasting in the Agripreneurship Sector at the Negeri Lembang Agricultural Development Vocational School" aims to provide a basic understanding of digital technology that can be applied in the agribusiness sector, increase students' insight and readiness in facing challenges and opportunities in the Agripreneurship 4.0 era, provide practical skills in using technology in production, marketing and agribusiness management, and facilitate students in designing digital technology-based business strategies in agribusiness. Apart from that, the expected result after carrying out the seminar on Trend Analysis for Financial Reports and Income Forecasting in the Agripreneurship Sector is to provide a basic understanding of technology and be able to utilize tools such as SPSS and Google Sheet to increase productivity and efficiency in identifying challenges and opportunities in the agripreneurship sector for students at the Lembang State Agricultural Development Vocational School.
