Abstract

This research explains the characteristic model of rasm in copying Mushaf al-Qur'an Pesantren Tebuireng collection. The object of this research is Surat Yasin. This Research will try to see the use of rasm in copying based on the rules described by Imam al-Suyuti in his temple al-Itqan. This study concluded that the copying of the Mushaf al-Qur'an collection of Pondok Tebuireng used Imla'i form in hazf rules or remove letters. However, in other rules, the rule of rasm usmani part ziyadah, hamz, badl, al-Fasl wa al-Wasl, and qiraat were using the form of a rasm usmani.

Abstract

The Living Quran is a study of the Quranic text that lives in society as a phenomenon by accepting, responding, utilizing or using it. This paper aims to describe the meaning and values contained in the Yasinan Wednesday Wage tradition in Sambong Kedungrejo. This paper uses a ethnographic approach through living Quran reseach accompanied by a qualitative descriptive method, also focuses on Clifford Geerts' Cultural Interpretation theory. Data collection was carried out through field research by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. This tradition was formed to make people believe and pious, as well as strengthen Ukhuwah Islamiyah. The Yasinan tradition is complete with tahlil, prayers, and lectures every Wednesday wage in the mosque or prayer room gradually. There are several symbols in this tradition, so that it creates an aura of truth which then creates a unique motivation and feeling that will look realistic. So this Yasinan tradition becomes the soul satisfying the longing for his Robb. This tradition is wrapped in a unique way without forgetting the concept of preaching Islam. The symbols in this study, namely the reading of Surat Yasin, reciting Tahlil along with the prayer, Qiroah, Chanting Sholawat Nabi, welcome speech and ending with a lecture by local Kyai.

Abstract

Living Quran is a study of phenomena that exist in the midst of people who are living the text of the Koran by accepting, responding, utilizing or using it in their daily lives. This paper aims to describe the meaning contained in the tradition of Reading Selected Letters in the Family of Mr. Khalimi Kras Kediri. This paper uses an ethnographic approach through living Quran research accompanied by qualitative descriptive methods, also focuses on the sociological theory offered by Karl Mannheim with a sociological analysis of knowledge. The results of the research with this analysis found that the meaning of the tradition of reading the reading of Surat al-Ikhlas, Surah al-Falaq, Surah an-Nas, Ayat Kursi and Surah at-Taubah verses 128-129 after fardhu prayers are: Objective meaning, this tradition becomes a habit that can be istiqomah to be implemented. Expressive meaning, from this tradition is understood as a manifestation of the dhikr to Allah swt to achieve security and sufficiency. Documentary meaning, actors are not fully aware that what they have done in the tradition is part of the meaning of reviving the Qur'an in the family environment.
