Abstract

There are several ways that a company or organization uses to improve its business. One way is to make employees work harder and can produce satisfying work by the company's vision and mission, the method chosen at PT. Hassana Boga Sejahtera is to give the best employee title every month that can motivate its employees to do their best for the company's progress. This research aims to build a decision-making system application that serves as a recommendation to award the title of the best employee at PT. Hassana Boga Sejahtera. The decision-making system is built using the Simple Additive Weighting method and is web-based using the PHP programming language. The criteria used by PT. Hassana Boga Sejahtera consists of work quality, responsibility, discipline, attitude, and cooperation. The results showed that the decision-making system application makes it easier to determine the candidate for the best employee title at PT. Hassana Boga Sejahtera. The results obtained are the highest-ranking score for the best employee title, alternative A15 with a score of 0.93.

Abstract

Microsoft Excel adalah program spreadsheet yang memungkinkan pengguna untuk membuat, mengelola, dan menganalisis data dalam format tabel atau lembar kerja. Excel berguna untuk melakukan berbagai tugas bisnis seperti pengelolaan inventaris, pembuatan laporan keuangan, perencanaan anggaran, dan lainnya. Pelatihan ini adalah program pengajaran yang dirancang untuk membantu meningkatkan kemampuan penggunaan perangkat lunak spreadsheet populer, yaitu Microsoft Excel. Pelatihan ini memberikan pengetahuan yang lebih mendalam tentang fitur-fitur Excel, seperti penggunaan fungsi matematika dan logika yang lebih kompleks, dan formula lanjutan. Dengan pelatihan ini, peserta akan dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan Excel dan meningkatkan produktivitas dalam pekerjaan sehari-hari. Selain itu, pelatihan Microsoft Excel tingkat menengah juga memberikan kesempatan bagi peserta untuk belajar tentang konsep dasar dari pemrograman. Dengan pemahaman ini, Karyawan PT. Nutrisi Juara Asia (NJA) dapat mengembangkan alat kerja kustom yang dapat mempercepat tugas-tugas rutin, meningkatkan akurasi data, dan membantu mengatasi tantangan bisnis yang kompleks. Pelatihan Microsoft Excel tingkat menengah merupakan solusi bagi mereka yang untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dalam menggunakan Microsoft Excel untuk mendukung kebutuhan bisnis mereka.

Abstract

Cactus is known as a thorny plant that lives in less water conditions because it can save water inside its trunk. Most people know cactus as a thorny plant, even though not all cacti have thorns. This is because many people do not know the types of cactus. Especially at this time, many cacti used as houseplants. Because there are several types of cactus have a beautiful shape, besides that the cactus is also known to be easily treated because it does not need to be watered frequently. This study aims to recognize and identify the types of cacti in the world through an interactive learning media that is easy to do, namely Augmented Reality. During this time many cactus were introduced only through books, pictures or photos. Meanwhile, to present the cactus itself is difficult. Especially for some types of cactus that live in certain areas and including rare. So to recognize the cactus in detail is felt difficult to do. By using Augmented Reality technology with Marker Based Tracking method based on Android phone, it is hoped that it can help the learning process. Users can identify the types of cactus through the mobile screen. Key Words : Augmented Reality, Marker Based Tracking, cactus, Android
