Abstract

This research concerns all efforts and efforts to study the educational methods of the Prophet Muhammad. How to implement it in various Islamic educational institutions, especially at Madrasah Miftahul Ranuklindungan Grati Pasuruan. Therefore, the author would try to collect as many references to the educational methods of the Prophet Muhammad as possible, both from what is implied from the Al-Quran, Al Hadith, as well as the works of Salafunas Sholih Ulama and Contemporary Ulama. However, it can be realized that it is certain that the educational methods of the Prophet Muhammad may not all be the same as there are many stories from his friends, perhaps only some of them with great hope of finding a bright spot in the educational patterns and methods of the Prophet Muhammad and his friends in the past. Rasulullah SAW's educational methods are widely used by Islamic educational institutions, because Rasulullah's education is an education that continues to be relevant and never gets old until now, wherever and whenever. Meanwhile, in this research method, the author uses a combined historical and descriptive approach. The results of this research are: descriptive of the pattern of Islamic education during the time of Rasulullah Muhammad SAW including: Specifications of Rasulullah's educational methods and how to implement Rasulullah's educational methods in various Islamic education, especially at MMU Ranuklindungan Grati Pasuruan. With the hope that the educational method of Rasulullah SAW will be a form of transformative solution to Islamic education today which is faced by various problems and differences in perspective, understanding and implementation of Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Perbankan syariah hingga saat ini belum bisa terlepas dari pengaruh perbankan konvensional yang berbasis ribawi, terutama dalam sumber daya manusia (SDM). Penelitian ini menawarkan sebuah kajian manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam dunia bisnis perbankan syariah berbasis al-Qur’an yang sangat layak dipertimbangkan dalam implemenatsi manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam dunia bisnis perbankan syariah berbasis al-Qur’an. Karena keluarnya lebih memuaskan stakeholder dibanding pendekatan lainnya (non manajemen sumber daya manusia berbasis al-Qur’an). Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam jenis penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, bukan kuantitatif. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian bersifat deskriptif-analitis. Penelitian ini bersifat kepustakaan murni, artinya semua bahan yang dibutuhkan bersumber dari bahan-bahan tertulis. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara triangulasi (gabungan), analisis data bersifat induktif/kualitatif, dan hasil penelitian kualitatif lebih menekankan makna dari pada generalisasi. Implikasi penelitian tentang manajenen sumber daya manusia pada dunia bisnis perbankan syariah berbasis al-Qur’an hendaklah memperhatikan hal-hal berikut: penerapan hukum Islam (syariah), mengenal karakter manusia, cara berinteraksi atau komunikasi, dan mengaplikasikan etika dan akhlak mulia. Pada akhir penelitian ini, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang ada di perbankan syariah saat ini, masih di dominasi oleh perbankan konvensional. Hal ini terlihat dari beberapa hal, diantaranya pegawainya.

Abstract

The background of this research stems from the need of Islamic banking to develop marketing strategies that are not only profit-oriented but also consistently uphold compliance with Sharia principles. This study employs a library research method with a qualitative approach, while data were collected through digital documentation from various related literatures. The findings indicate that Sharia marketing management in banking requires concrete analyses and steps, including goal setting, identification of characteristics, determination of concepts and foundations, understanding of the environment, strategy formulation, market segmentation, pricing strategies, promotional strategies, and efforts to enhance customer satisfaction in accordance with Sharia principles. The transformation of Sharia marketing strategies in Islamic banking in the modern era demands synergy between human resource competencies, accurate market segmentation, product innovation, and the utilization of digital technology based on Sharia principles. These strategies are not only oriented toward increasing profitability but also emphasize public benefit, sustainability, and social justice as the embodiment of maqāṣid al-sharīʿah. The findings affirm the importance of integrating Sharia values and digitalization into marketing management practices to strengthen the competitiveness and sustainability of Islamic banking in the modern era.
