Abstract

Kepuasan kerja merupakan komponen penting yang menjadi bagian dalam sebuah perusahaan yang dapat berdampak pada peningkatan produktivitas, kinerja dan perkembangan perusahaan sehingga perusahaan perlu mengetahui kepuasan kerja karyawannya. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu melakukan berbagai cara untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawannya. Dari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan, penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi karyawan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 67 orang dan dilakukan di Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan teknik Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan motivasi karyawan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Melalui kedua variabel independen yang digunakan, variabel budaya organisasi yang paling besar pengaruhnya pada kepuasan kerja karyawan. Job satisfaction is an important component that is part of a company which can have an impact on increasing productivity, performance and company development so companies need to know the job satisfaction of their employees. Therefore, companies need to take various ways to increase employee job satisfaction. Of the factors that influence employee job satisfaction, this research is aimed at determining the influence of organizational culture and employee motivation on employee job satisfaction. The number of samples in this research was 67 people and was conducted at Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta. The data obtained was analyzed using techniques Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The research results show that organizational culture and employee motivation have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction.Through the two independent variables used, the organizational culture variable has the greatest influence on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, stres kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 88 pekerja di Perusahaan XYZ. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, dari tiga variabel independent, hanya kompensasi dan stress kerja yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dari kedua variabel independen tersebut, pengaruh variabel kompensasi lebih dominan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, motivasi kerja berperan sebagai mediator yang menghubungkan antara ketiga variabel independent dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menyarankan Perusahaan untuk memperbaiki strategi kompensasinya untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawannya. This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, job stress, and organizational culture on job satisfaction, with work motivation as a mediating variable. This study uses the Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method, with data collected through questionnaires from 88 workers at XYZ Company. The results showed that, of the three independent variables, only compensation and job stress have an influence on job satisfaction. Compensation has a positive influence on employee job satisfaction and job stress has a negative effect on employee job satisfaction. Of the two independent variables, the influence of the compensation variable is more dominant on job satisfaction. In addition, work motivation acts as a mediator that connects the three independent variables and job satisfaction. This research suggests that the company should improve its compensation strategy to increase employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the development of public companies in the property and real estate sector from 2017 to 2020. The method used to assess such development is the Z-score model. The Z-score model classifies the company into three conditions: safe, gray, and distress. The study showed that of the 40 companies studied, most companies, above 72.5%, fall into the safe category. Companies that fall into the gray area category are second, and companies in the distress category are third. From 2017 to 2020, companies that fall into the safe category tend to decline. On the other hand, companies that fall into distress tend to increase.
