Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 menjadi rintangan bagi banyak sektor usaha dalam menjalankan kegiatan bisnis. Dalam bidang ekonomi, pandemi Covid-19 memberikan pengaruh yang besar terhadap perkembangan bisnis. Pada tahun 2019 merupakan awal mula pandemi Covid-19 yang memberikan tantangan bagi sektor bisnis dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dengan begitu, pada situasi pasca pandemi diperlukan perbaikan dan pemanfaatan sumber daya secara efektif untuk melakukan pemulihan ekonomi. Dalam hal ini, sumber daya ekonomi turut berperan penting dalam memulihkan dan membangkitkan sektor ekonomi untuk kembali memacu perkembangan bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran sumber daya ekonomi bagi pembangunan nasional secara berkelanjutan pasca pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi kepustakaan untuk menggambarkan suatu kondisi berdasarkan pada dukungan kajian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sumber daya ekonomi berperan penting dalam upaya pembangunan nasional berkelanjutan pasca pandemi Covid-19. Sumber daya ekonomi yang disebut sebagai input meliputi Sumber Daya Manusia, modal, dan kewirausahaan. Peranan sumber daya ekonomi tersebut menjadi sesuatu yang esensial sebagai penggerak produksi, mendorong operasional bisnis, dan berkontribusi dalam berbagai kegiatan ekonomi.

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of health workers is very important in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of services in health centers in a region. However, the reality in the health centers in the region shows that not all health workers consistently show strong OCB. This study also aims to determine whether there is an influence of emotional intelligence and job satisfaction on the OCB of health workers in the health centers in the region. This study uses a quantitative methodology. Primary data were then collected through the use of a questionnaire instrument. The population of this study consisted of 60 health workers working in the health centers in the region. The total sampling technique was also used because the population was below 100; as a result, the sample size for this study was 60. The findings of this study indicate a significant positive influence of emotional intelligence on OCB. Furthermore, job satisfaction was also found to have several significant positive influences on OCB. In the end, emotional intelligence and job satisfaction simultaneously showed a significant positive influence on OCB.

Abstract

Desa Sebong Pereh Village is a coastel located in kecamatan Teluk Sebong, Bintan Utara, Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. The majority people in Sebong pereh village work as fishermen , who have various potentials from marine products. One potentials that stand out and can be exploited easily in the village is the catch of fishermen such as animal sea. In order to increase the economic value of a product, the fish can be made into a processed product so that is has a higher selling price compared to raw fish. Shredded meat is a healthy and long – lasting food that has hight protein and low cholesterol levels If the process all the best the aim shredded fish is to develop the potential of Desa Sebong Pereh from fishermen’s catches , produce nutrient and protein – dense, long – lasting food products, and open new bussines areas in order to improve the economy of the Desa Sebong Pereh Community.
