Abstract

The Meaning of Good Corporate Governance in manifesting Three Church Calls (Witnessing, Allying, Serving). The aims of this research determine the extent of the meaning of the application of good corporate governance in manifesting the three call of the church. Case study at the Biringkanaya’s Toraja Church by involving the representatives of church’s member in each group. This research using interpretive phenomenological analysis. The result of this study found that church program has been carried out by Biringkanaya’s Church and has adjusted to the Church’s mission, but the implementation of the program is not felt maximally by the church members.

Abstract

This study discuss phenomenal success Korean Wave during pandemic covid-19 in Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. In recent years, Korean wave has become an addiction to young people in Makassar. This paper aims to explore the young people’s habit during pandemic covid-19, how they spend their leisure time throughout large scale social restriction (PSBB). Through the process of interviews, questionnaires, media, and article, this study result that the young people are willing to pay more to fulfill their hobby of watching Kdrama.

Abstract

Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) dan Kepuasan Kerja (X2) secara simultan terhadap Turnover Intention (Y) pada 30 karyawan PT Esprezza Cipta Griya, sebuah perusahaan konstruksi di Makassar, sebagai upaya mengatasi tantangan tingginya niat berhenti karyawan. Dengan menggunakan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kepuasan Kerja memiliki hubungan yang cukup kuat (Koefisien Korelasi ) dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention (ditemukan sebesar 3,367, yang lebih besar dari 1,31252). Kontribusi pengaruh kedua variabel independen ini terhadap Turnover Intention adalah sebesar 28,8% (Koefisien Determinasi), menyisakan 71,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain. Implikasi dari temuan ini adalah pentingnya perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan memotivasi dan berkomunikasi pemimpin, serta mengevaluasi ulang kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja untuk menekan niat karyawan untuk meninggalkan perusahaan
