Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership and professionalism on teacher performance in Yayasan Pendidikan dan Pembinaan umat Al-Fath Kabupaten Bogor. The subject of this study was a teacher in Yayasan Pendidikan dan Pembinaan Umat Al-Fath Kabupaten Bogor, totaling 44 teachers. Data was collected using questionnaires, from 44 questionnaires distributed, returned 44 questionnaires and 44 questionnaires that could be evaluated. The tool used in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS (Statistical Pakage for Social Scienci) software version 22.0. This study produced 2 findings in accordance with the proposed hypothesis. First, leadership influences performance. Both found the influence of professionalism on performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the significant influence simultaneously, partially and dominantly on Human Resource Management, Standard Operating Procedures and Information Technology on the Quality of One Stop Service (PTSP) of the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Tapin Regency. Data analysis techniques were carried out by collecting and analyzing data obtained from field research using a method that is simple quantitative description. The population in this study were all employees of the Ministry of Religion of Tapin Regency, both civil and honorary civil servants, totaling 62 people. Considering that the population in this study was less than 100 people, the sampling in this study used saturated sampling, namely a technique in which all populations were used as samples, namely as many as 62 people. Data collection techniques were by observation, documentation, questionnaires, and interviews. Validity and reliability tests were carried out on research instruments. Data were analyzed by means of: Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Linearity Test. The results of the study show that Human Resource Management and Standard Operating Procedures have a significant simultaneous and partial effect on the One Stop Service Quality (PTSP) of the Ministry of Religion in Tapin district. And Information Technology has no significant effect partially on the Quality of One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) of the Ministry of Religion in Tapin district. It is recommended for all employees of the Tapin district Ministry of Religion Office to improve the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh good governance, system pengendalian intern dan kualitas sumber daya manusia terhadap kualiatas laporan keuangan pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah H. Badarudin Kasim Tanjung Kabupaten Tabalong Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kreteria dari level middle-upper management sejumlah 31 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dalam bentuk kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa good governance dan system pengendalian intern berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah H. Badarudin Kasim Tanjung Kabupaten Tabalong. Demikian juga kualitas sumber daya manusia berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kualias laporan keuangan Pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah H. Badarudin Kasim Tanjung Kabupaten Tabalong. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat mengukur aspek-aspek apa saja yang menjadi prioritas penulis dalam mengungkapkan kualitas laporan keuangan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah H. Badarudin Kasim Tanjung Kabupaten Tabalong. Kata kunci: good governance, sistem pengendalian intern, kualitas sumber daya manusia, laporan keuangan
