Abstract

The Tri A Tunggal association serves as a platform to preserve and sustain traditional dance arts, a place to channel talents and act as a communication medium to convey cultural, moral, and identity messages of the Nusantara society, particularly Java. The theory used in this research is the symbolic interaction theory. The method used is a case study through interviews and field observations. The results of this research show that the association involves its members in the interpretation of symbols in the dance, which not only serves as entertainment but also strengthens the relationships among members and conveys traditional values to the community. This highlights the importance of preserving tradition and culture in every performance to spark public interest in sustaining traditional arts.

Abstract

The declining public trust in political parties compared to other state institutions has made political parties increasingly aware of the importance of building a positive image and maintaining good relationships with the public. This research focuses on the role of the Komunitas Senam Nusantara (KSN), a social community focused on physical fitness. However, their social activities go beyond just exercising; they frequently organize charity events for orphans and the underprivileged, provide free health check-ups, and conduct other social activities at no cost, in assisting the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) in building its image. KSN, founded with the involvement of several PKS cadres, actively organizes social activities open to the public. To achieve this objective, this research employs a descriptive qualitative method to accurately depict the situation. The data indicates that PKS's electability in the most recent election has increased, although not significantly, including in the Tangerang local election. This study also highlights the importance of effective communication strategies by PKS to maximize the positive impact generated by KSN's activities.

Abstract

This research is entitled "The Influence of Using the Instagram Account @exploretangerang on Fulfilling the Information Needs of Tourist Destinations." The formulation of the problem that will be discussed in this research is whether there is an influence and how much influence the use of the Instagram account @exploretangerang has on fulfilling the information needs of tourist destinations. The aim is to find out how much influence the @exploretangerang Instagram account has on fulfilling the information needs of tourist destinations. The theory used is the uses and gratification theory. The method used is a quantitative method using a purposive sampling technique. The results of the research show that the use of social media has a positive and significant effect on information needs. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, it was found that media use (X) had an influence on fulfilling information needs (Y) while the remainder was influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

Abstract

Currently, the development of the fashion industry is very rapid, as evidenced by the many varied products. Many people prefer global brands over local brands. However, this is no longer the case because currently local brands are able to compete with other global brands. One local brand that has good quality is CV Hagamo Mahakarya Indonesia, which is located in Tangerang Regency. The aim of this research is to find out how photography packaging strategies can improve visual branding by CV Hagamo Indonesian Masterpiece. This research uses qualitative methods with the aesthetic theory of visual communication. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that CV Hagamo Mahakarya Indonesia applies the concept of visual communication in the form of videos, photos and attractive designs to support its sales in the marketplace. With this strategy, Hagamo can build a positive image in the eyes of consumers, expand the reach of brand recognition, and increase interest and interest in Hagamo Official products.
