Abstract

Abstrak : Analisis Kinerja pada Pelayanan Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja (Studi Kasus pada Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Malang). Ditemukan beberapa kasus pada tenaga kerja nasional yang telah menjadi peserta Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan. Kasus yang ditemukan adalah ketidakpahaman peserta terhadap program Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan yang diikuti, sehingga seringkali peserta tidak memanfaatkan fasilitas jaminan yang didapatkan. Penyebab yang lain yaitu kinerja pegawai yang masih perlu mendapatkan evaluasi dalam penyelesaian pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif – deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan program Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan belum sepenuhnya mencapai target, hal ini dikarenakan rendahnya sosialisasi terhadap perusahaan yang belum tergabung sebagai peserta. Hal lain yang ditemukan yaitu terbatasnya jumlah trauma center atau rumah sakit yang bekerjasama dengan Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan, sehingga pelayanan cepat terhadap kecelakaan kerja kurang optimal. Kata kunci : Kinerja, Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja, Pelayanan Publik   Abstract : Performance Analysis in The Service of Work Accident Insurance (A Case Study at Social Security Agency of Employment branc of Malang). Discovery of several national cases which labor has become a participant Social Security Agency. The case found is a misunderstanding of the participants to the Social Security Agency program that followed, so that participants often do not take advantage of the guarantee facility obtained. Another cause is the performance of employees who still need to get the evaluation work in progress. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative - descriptive research approach. The results of this study indicate that implementation of Social Security Agency of Employment Malang program has not fully reached the target, this is due less of socialization to the companies who have not joined yet as participants. Another thing that founded is limited the number of trauma centers or hospitals in cooperation with Social Security Agency of Employment Malang, so that fast service occupational accidents is did not maximum.   Keywords : Performance, Labor Social Security, Public Service

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the application of the Yanbu’a method in improving the reading ability of the Qur’an in class V students at MI Al-Muhsin 1 Krapyak Wetan Bantul Yogyakarta. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with data collection using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. The results of this study namely, in the beginning the method of learning the Qur’an at MI Al-Muhsin 1 used the method of Qiro’ati. Then switch to using the Yanbu’a method for some consideration. The implementation of learning the Qur’an using the method of Yanbu’a implemented as learning in general opening activities, core activities, and closing activities. As for the evaluation of learning done every day and every volume increase. In the implementation of learning the Qur’an using the methods of Yanbu’a. there are several supporting factors, namely a competent teacher, student backgorund, adequate facilities, and support from parents. There are also inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Yanbu’a method namely teacher delay, the attitude of students, parents who only rely on reading the Qur’an in the madrasa, the absence of Yanbu’a training by madrasa and the absence of evaluation for Yanbu’a instructors. The results of the application of the Yanbu’a method in improving the ability to read the Qur’an students based on student achievement data, 13 students out of 25 students who study using the method of Yanbu’a have reached volume 5, 6, and 7 with a percentage of 52%.
