Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to describe strategies teachers who are expected in dealing with children who hit friend is a teacher to identify the child. This research uses descriptive method and using the method of approach kualitatif.Dari result showed that the strategy of the teacher is the way teachers in dealing with aggressive behavior of children and overcome it through action in accordance with the characteristics of children who are affected by the surrounding environment. The method used is a conversation and storytelling in which teachers are expected to communicate incentives for children in dealing with internal and external problems were found during the learning. The advice given is expected of teachers as a teacher should constantly reflect on learning activities that have been carried out with the right strategy and the corresponding needs of early childhood so as to improve and find ways or learning innovation with respect to the ability of teachers to handle or prevention of aggressive behavior the emphasis on good communication among students for learning more meaningful and fun.
