Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalis Manajemen Personalia di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Kristen Ekklesia Nanga Pinoh Kabupaten Melawi. Dari hasil studi kasus penelitian diperoleh temuan-temuan bahwa ditinjau dari pelaksanaan fungsi-fungsi manajemen, manajemen sumber daya manusia di SMP Kristen Ekklesia Nanga Pinoh masih kurang memadai. Metode Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif  Hal ini disebabkan karena sekolah belum memiliki wakil kepala sekolah yang memahami dengan baik tentang personalia. Hampir keseluruhan pengelolaan tenaga pendidik di kelola sendiri oleh kepala sekolah, baik manajemen pengadaan dan penempatan, pengembangan, penghargaan dan pengimbalan, maupun peremajaan. Kegiatan manajemen personalia mengenai rekrutmen, seleksi, pengembangan, pemeliharaan bahkan penggunaan memiliki peranan yang sangat penting di sekolah terlebih di SMP Kristen Ekklesia Nanga Pinoh.   Kata Kunci: Manajemen Personalia, Studi Kasus. Abstract: This research was aimed at studying and analyzing personnel management in Junior High School of Ekklesia Nanga Pinoh, Melawi. From the analyzing of the research result is found that the observation from the implementation of function of management, human resource management at Junior High School of Ecclesia Nanga Pinoh in Melawi regency was not good enough. The case happened because the school had not owned the vice principal of personnel. Almost the whole of teaching staff management was only managed by the principal also about supplying and placing management, developing, honoring and rewarding and rejuvenation. On the other hands, 5 aspects have discussed are the recruitment; Selection of teachers, development, and maintenance of teachers and the usage of non institution teachers mainly had the advantages for management personnel at school.
