Abstract

This study examines the concept of Abdul Qadir al-Jailani's Sufism which is oriented towards moral Sufism. His teachings are centered on improving human morals. Moral perfection in humans can be realized by purification of the soul through the stages of self-purification. This research is a library research, using the formal object of virtue ethics and the material object is the moral thought of Sufism Abdul Qadir al-Jailani. This research is library research. the method used is qualitative with content analysis techniques Interpretation, coherence and holistic. The results of this study indicate that the thought of Abdul Qadir al-Jailani's Sufism emphasizes the aspects of improving individual human behavior through several stages of purification of the soul: repentance, zuhud, tawakal, patience, honesty, gratitude, and pleasure. The ethics of virtue in the Sufism of Abdul Qodir al-Jailani directs the focus of his attention on human being which is oriented to self-improvement as a good or bad person.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to figure out the rules of common property use in marriage. Joint property in the juridical concept can be defined as the property of husband and wife obtained during marriage or in other words joint property or commonly called gono gini property is property produced by a couple through cooperation between the throughout the marriage. Husband and wife have the right to use and ownership of the common property. Therefore they both have the same right to use the common property subject to the spouse's approval. This is closely connected to the requirement in “Compilation of Islamic Law Article 92 that a husband or wife may not sell or transfer shared property without the approval of another party”. In the life of society in general, the licensing of the use of common property is still very little realized, especially for common property whose material value does not significantly affect the family economy. The research method used is qualitative, that is, by describing or collecting data sourced from the literature connected to the theory of the provisions of the use of common property in marriage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pentingnya pengarusutmaan moderasi beragama di masyarakat multikultur pada era society 5.0. Era ini ditandai dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang menjadi fokus pergerakan kehidupan manusia, dan mampu memberikan dampak positif dan negatif. Perubahan perilaku sosial merupakan salah satu dampak yang paling besar, dan menjadi tantangan tersendiri dalam semua bidang kehidupan. Integrasi, kesatuan dan persatuan, toleransi atau solidaritas, kerukunan beragama, dalam batas yang semakin mengkhawatirkan. Pemahaman agama yang moderat diperlukan dalam hidup berdampingan dengan berbagai agama di era society 5.0. penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini ada beberapa penguatan nilai moderasi beragama dalam menghadapai era society 5.0 yaitu 1) Internalisasi nilai keadilan dan keseimbangan dengan cara tidak merugikan hak orang lain, tidak provokatif, bijaksana dalam menerima informasi dan tidak mengarah pada pemahaman yang keliru. 2) Dibutuhkan sikap toleransi baik secara pasif maupun secara aktif. Toleransi secara pasif dilakukan dengan sikap menghargai, menghormati perbedaan, sedangkan toleransi secara aktif yaitu melakukan komunikasi baik di dunia nyata dan dunia maya (digital), membangun kebersamaan dan bekerjasama dalam kehidupan society 5.0. 3) Menjaga kerukunan dalam beragama dapat terwujud dengan upaya menjalin kerukunan baik intern umat beragama maupun menjalin hubungan baik antar umat beragama.

Abstract

Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) is a household fuel that is highly sought after due to its affordability and accessibility. However, the distribution of subsidized LPG often misses its target, leading to inequality. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of subsidized LPG distribution policies in Kota Metro and identify strategies to improve target accuracy. Using a qualitative research method through field studies and a normative-juridical approach, data was collected from interviews, observations, and documentation involving various LPG user groups, including upper-middle-class, lower-middle-class communities, and LPG depot managers. The findings reveal the need for a transformation in subsidy policies to an individual-based approach and stricter distribution oversight to ensure that subsidized LPG reaches and benefits the poor and vulnerable communities.

Abstract

The food crisis remains a significant issue up to the present time. Even though the Government has make an effort to overcoming it through numerous strategies and policies, challenges serving as land conversion, climate change and a decrease of food production remains the primary factors that cause the crisis. This research intended to provide a comprehensive overview of the strategies and regulations executed by the government in handling the food crisis in Metro City throughout 2024. The primary focus of this research is to analyze food security strategies evolved by the Government moreover appraise their effectiveness in optimally responding to the challenges of the crisis. Using a qualitative approach, this research examines various government policies and programs through data obtained from interviews and document analysis. The findings emphasize the significance of well-designed strategies aimed at enhancing local food resilience. The research particularly focuses on the 4K Program (Price Affordability, Supply Availability, Distribution Flow, and Effective Communication), which has proven effective in increasing food availability in Metro City. Nonetheless, challenges remain in terms of price affordability, which warrants further attention. In conclusion, while the 4K Program demonstrates considerable potential in addressing the food crisis in Metro, ongoing evaluation and periodic improvements are essential to ensure the program's long-term sustainability and effectiveness.
