Abstract

This research aims to determine the process of economic empowerment, marketing strategies for Boehoen coffee products, and the results of economic empowerment of the Maju Mekar farmer group in Nagarawangi Village. This research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. The results of empowerment through the Maju Mekar farmer group are in three categories, namely the empowerment process, marketing strategy and empowerment results. In the process there are three stages, namely awareness, knowledge transformation stage and intellectual ability improvement stage. The marketing strategy used is expanding the marketing network, maximizing opportunities, playing in terms of quality, using online media. The following are the results of the economic empowerment that has been carried out, namely having freedom of mobility, the ability to buy small commodities, the ability to buy large commodities, always participating in decisions regarding household matters, having freedom of family domination, understanding government regulations, being involved in voicing aspirations, having legal guarantees. economy and sharing for families.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengoptimalkan pengelolaan sampah organik rumah tangga melalui penerapan bakteri Effective Microorganism 4 (EM4) di RW 07 Kelurahan Manggahang, Kecamatan Baleendah, Kabupaten Bandung. Pertanyaan penelitian difokuskan pada kondisi pengelolaan sampah sebelum dan sesudah penerapan EM4, mekanisme penggunaan EM4, serta dampaknya terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan sampah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah action research dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui model SISDAMAS (Berbasis Pemberdayaan Masyarakat). Teori yang mendasari penelitian ini mencakup optimalisasi pengelolaan sampah, lingkungan berkelanjutan, dan teknologi tepat guna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan EM4 mempercepat proses pengomposan, meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pengelolaan sampah, dan menghasilkan pupuk organik yang bernilai guna serta bernilai ekonomi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan EM4 tidak hanya menyelesaikan masalah teknis, tetapi juga memperkuat partisipasi sosial masyarakat dalam menjaga lingkungan berkelanjutan Kata Kunci : Pengelolaan Sampah, Sampah Organik Rumah Tangga, EM4, Sisdamas

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Mahfidiyatul Islmaiyah Islamic boarding school on the religious quality of society. The Islamic religious rituals of the community after the existence of the Islamic Boarding School, as well as the social and Islamic aspects of the community after the Islamic Boarding School. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach to describe the conditions and situations or various social reality phenomena that exist in the community which are the object of research. Data collection was done by means of observation, interviews, documentation.The results showed that the Mahfidiyatul Islmaiyah Islamic boarding school provided various religious roles for the community. There is an increase in religious rituals such as prayer, fasting, zakat, the number of recitations, an increase in the reading and writing of the al-quran and to social aspects which all lead to positive changes.
