Abstract

Salah satu sistem informasi berbasis computer adalah website,biasanya sistem informasi web ini ada dalam bentuk offline ataupun online. Sistem informasi web online. Penyebaran atau penyampaian informasi yang di lakukan pada sistem informasi online dapat di akses oleh siapa saja dan dimanapun dengan ketentuan harus mempunyai sambungan internet. Tujuan dari penelitian ini memberikan solusi melalui pengkajian beberapa teori observasi dilapangan dalam rangka sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web pada toko dinda shop fashion. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall, sedangka untuk penelitiannnya sendiri menggunakan metode eksperimen dan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk pengujian tingkat penerimaan pemakaian aplikasi.Berdasarkan pengujian black box yang dilkakukan oleh admin dan pengujian. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat mempermudah proses penyusunan Sistem informasi penjualan pada toko dinda fashion shop baik dari sisi dimana pelanggandapat memesan secara online dengan mudah dan cepat, sehingga keuntungan yangdiperoleh toko tersebut dapat tercapai dengan maksimal.

Abstract

Aplikasi Penilaian Karyawan Terbaik merupakan bagian dari Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dikarenakan dalam evaluasi kinerja dan pemilihan karyawan terbaik masih menggunakan sistem pengamatan, yang tentunya hal ini membutuhkan waktu lama serta penilaian menjadi kurang objektif. Dengan mengambil studi kasus pada sebuah perusahaan MNC Group, terdapat beberapa masalah pada proses penilaian karyawan yang sudah berjalan. Masalah tersebut antara lain adalah metode penghitungan akumulasi nilai kriteria kinerja karyawan yang dinilai kurang akurat dan dapat menyebabkan ketidaktepatan dalam pemilihan. Selain itu, belum adanya aplikasi SPK yang dapat mempermudah perhitungan penilaian, sehingga dapat terjadi kesalahan perhitungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan studi literatur. Sedangkan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode RAD (Rapid Application Development) dengan tahapan yang terstruktur dan saling bergantung disetiap tahap, yaitu; tahap analisis persyaratan, tahap RAD Design Workshop (pemodelan) dan tahap konstruksi. Aplikasi dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil penelitian ini bisa menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi penilaian karyawan terbaik dengan akurasi data sejumlah 98% yaitu perhitungan manual dan perhitungan aplikasi yang hasilnya sesuai yang diharapkan dan dapat digunakan untuk pemberian penghargaan/reward pada karyawan.

Abstract

Sistem informasi data pasien ini merupakan suatu sistem informasi yang dirancang sebagai alat bantu untuk  memberikan informasi yang lebih efektif, data pasien yang mencakup, pendaftaran dan jadwal pemeriksaan dengan basis pengetahuan yang dinamis pada Klinik Mitra  Mutiara. Metodologi pengembangan aplikasi yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan sistem waterfall dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu: Analisis dan definisi persyaratan, Perancangan sistem dan perangkat lunak, Implementasi dan pengujian unit, Integrasi dan pengujian sistem, Operasi dan pemeliharaan. Sistem informasi ini akan menampilkan informasi pada klinik,dan user dapat melakukan pengolahan data. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan Program PHP dan MySql. Untuk meningkatkan kerja bagian yang terkait, hingga pada akhirnya tujuan yang diharapkan dapat tercapai. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini memudahkan admin maupun Pasien dalam melakukan proses pendaftaran dan jadwal pemeriksaan kesehatan secara online, karena bahasa pemograman yang digunakan menggunakan PHP dan My SQL sebagai database dan apache sebagai web server. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan mendapatkan hasil yaitu sistem pendaftaran dan penjadwalan pemeriksaan kesehatan menjadi lebih mudah dan cepat karena aplikasi yang digunakan berbasis web yang dinamis, dan sistem dapat diakses darimana dan kapanpun sesuai kebutuhan. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Klinik, Waterfall

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) has significantly transformed business governance, particularly among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Sharia-based MSMEs applying musyarakah contracts frequently face managerial challenges due to manual transaction recording and profit-sharing calculations, leading to computational errors, reporting delays, and limited transparency. This study designs and evaluates an AI-based remotized musyarakah sales management system at UMKM XYZ Tangerang using a compound percentage method. A mixed-methods approach was employed, involving observation, in-depth interviews, and financial document analysis. The system was tested over a 12-month period, analyzing 1,080 sales transactions (540 before and 540 after implementation). The web-based platform enables partners to remotely monitor real-time sales and profit-sharing data. The compound percentage method calculates profit distribution proportionally based on capital contribution, operational involvement, and managerial responsibility. Quantitative results show that profit-sharing calculation accuracy increased from 88% to 97%, reporting time decreased by 35%, and financial discrepancies were reduced by 42%. Revenue forecasting accuracy reached 93% using machine learning models. Operational efficiency improved by 30%, while partner satisfaction scores increased from 3.4 to 4.5 (on a 5-point scale). These findings demonstrate that integrating Islamic financial principles with AI-driven systems enhances transparency, efficiency, and sustainable Sharia-compliant MSME growth.

Abstract

Break-even management is essential for ensuring business sustainability, pricing fairness, and financial accountability, particularly in environments that demand ethical governance. However, conventional break-even analysis is typically static and lacks adaptive optimisation and structured feedback mechanisms. This study aims to develop an AI-based prototype system for optimising break-even variables within an ethical reflective framework that integrates predictive modelling, constrained optimisation, and governance-based feedback. The methodology combines multiple linear regression and exponential smoothing for revenue forecasting, followed by nonlinear optimisation (SLSQP) to minimise time-to-break-even subject to ethical guardrails, including margin floor and price-smoothing constraints. Simulation results show that the prototype improves forecast accuracy (MAPE reduced from 9.45% to 4.87%) and decreases time-to-break-even from 12.4 to 9.8 months (−21%), while reducing deviation variance from 11% to 5.2% through iterative feedback. The novelty lies in embedding ethical accountability constraints into AI-driven optimisation, offering policy implications for transparent pricing, accountable financial planning, and governance-aligned business decision-making.

Abstract

This study is important because Murabahah, Ujroh, and Nisbah contracts form the backbone of contemporary Islamic banking, yet their variables are often implemented without computationally verifiable links to primary Quran–Hadith foundations. The objective of this research is to develop and evaluate an AI-Based Prototype for Identifying Murabahah, Ujroh, and Nisbah Variables Using Quran-Hadith Foundations in order to enhance transparency, consistency, and doctrinal authenticity in Islamic financial transactions. The study employs a hybrid methodological framework combining natural language processing (NLP), semantic classification, supervised machine learning, and rule-based inference, integrated with Shariah expert validation. Textual data derived from the Qur'an and authenticated Hadith literature are processed to extract jurisprudential concepts and convert them into measurable contractual parameters. The results indicate that the prototype successfully identifies core variables, including cost disclosure and profit margin (Murabahah), service fee structure and duration (Ujroh), and proportional profit-sharing ratios and risk allocation (Nisbah). Statistical validation demonstrates consistent classification accuracy and alignment with Shariah expert assessments. The novelty of this research lies in integrating foundational Islamic textual analysis directly into an AI computational model, rather than relying solely on contemporary regulatory interpretations. Policy implications include supporting regulators, Shariah supervisory boards, and Islamic financial institutions in developing standardized AI-assisted compliance frameworks, thereby strengthening governance, transparency, and digital transformation in Islamic finance.

Abstract

Background: The use of information systems has become a crucial element in supporting organizational decision-making amidst the complexity of the business environment and demands for efficiency. Objective: This study aims to explore how information systems are utilized in organizational decision-making processes, as well as to identify the benefits, challenges, and factors contributing to their success. Methods: The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method in an organization that has implemented an integrated information system. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and analysis of internal organizational documents. Results: The results indicate that information systems play a significant role in improving decision quality by providing accurate, timely, and relevant data. However, the use of information systems has not been fully optimized due to limited user competency, resistance to change, and data integration constraints. Conclusion: This study provides a conceptual contribution to understanding the role of information systems in organizational decision-making and provides practical implications for system managers and organizational leaders in improving the effectiveness of information technology utilization.
