Abstract

Rumah Sakit Pringadi merupakan salah satu lembaga pelayanan kesehatan yang berlokasi di Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara. Rumah sakit Pringadi memiliki visi untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang terjangkau dan berkualitas kepada masyarakat, serta memiliki sistem manajemen obat yang baik. Namun, meskipun memiliki komitmen tersebut, pihak rumah sakit masih dihadapkan pada beberapa permasalahan dalam menentukan obat-obatan yang dibutuhkan. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pihak rumah sakit yaitu keterbatasan stok obat tertentu di beberapa waktu, terutama jika permintaan obat tersebut tinggi. Hal ini dapat mengganggu kelancaran pelayanan kesehatan dan membuat pasien harus menunggu lebih lama untuk mendapatkan obat yang dibutuhkan. Selain itu, kesalahan dalam proses pengadaan obat juga dapat menyebabkan keterlambatan atau kekurangan obat yang dibutuhkan, yang pada akhirnya dapat memengaruhi kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan.Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penulis menerapkan metode Aras pada sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan obat yang paling dibutuhkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Metode ARAS dalam sistem pendukung keputusan dapat memberikan solusi yang efektif dalam menentukan prioritas obat di poliklinik gigi. Metode ini membantu mengatasi kompleksitas pengambilan keputusan dengan menggabungkan penilaian kriteria.Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Obat, Metode Aras

Abstract

A Computer-Based Test (CBT) can be utilized as a method that leverages technology in the field of education, packaged in a manner that is both effective and efficient. At SMA Negeri 21 Medan, the examination process is still conducted manually using a Paper-Based Test (PBT). The academic staff and students at SMA Negeri 21 Medan still use paper for everything from writing the exam questions to administering the exams, leading to inefficiencies in cost, time, and errors in the grading process that can disadvantage the students. This research aims to design and develop a computer-based test (CBT) application, beginning with data collection methods (literature review, interviews, and observations) and using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) system development methodology. The system design was created using UML, with use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. The resulting system can assist teachers and other academic staff in the online examination process, where the scores will be automatically generated once the exam is completed, thereby saving time from manually grading each exam. The application also includes a QR code containing student data to assist academic staff in checking whether students have paid their tuition and exam fees. The application system testing was conducted using the black box testing method to determine the functionality of the application according to the requirements.

Abstract

Rewards can serve as a tool for motivating employees within a company. Typically, companies offer rewards to employees in the form of salary increases, incentives or bonuses, promotions, and other rewards, similar to those implemented by PT. Juishin. PT. Juishin is a company engaged in the production of cement and ceramics. In awarding rewards, PT. Juishin currently employs a direct selection method, which has led to instances of employee dissatisfaction. This research aims to design and develop an application for the selection of employees eligible for rewards by utilizing the ROC and EDAS methods. The application of these methods will facilitate the company's process of selecting reward recipients. The system design employs UML, including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams, and sequence diagrams. The outcome of this research is to assist HR in determining the eligibility of reward recipients. The application will display the ranking process of reward recipients, where those with the highest scores will receive the rewards. The system testing is conducted using black box testing to ensure that the application meets the functional requirements. The result of this research will assist the company in assessing employee eligibility for rewards on a daily basis.

Abstract

This study investigates the acceptance and usage of e-marketing among Indonesian coffee farmers using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) model. With the rapid growth of digital platforms, e-marketing offers unique opportunities for coffee farmers to expand their market reach, increase sales, and improve operational efficiency. A qualitative research approach was adopted to explore UTAUT 2, the development of e-marketing for Indonesian coffee farmers can become more effective and relevant because this model helps design strategies based on a deep understanding of the factors that encourage or hinder technology acceptance among farmers. how factors such as performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions, impact coffee farmers' adoption of e-marketing technologies. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with coffee farmers and industry stakeholders across several Indonesian regions, providing a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and motivations driving e-marketing adoption. The findings reveal that, while coffee farmers recognize the potential benefits of e-marketing, several barriers—such as limited digital literacy, infrastructure constraints, and concerns over technology costs—hinder widespread adoption. Social influence, particularly from peers and family, was found to play a critical role in encouraging the use of digital platforms. Moreover, facilitating conditions, including access to training and support, significantly enhance adoption rates. This research provides valuable insights for policymakers and technology providers aiming to increase digital inclusion among rural coffee producers. It suggests that tailored interventions addressing local challenges can foster greater e-marketing adoption, ultimately contributing to the economic sustainability of Indonesia's coffee farming sector.

Abstract

Pengelolaan arsip elektronik di Sekolah Dasar Swasta Senggani, yang berada di Deli Serdang. Dalam era digital, pengarsip secara elektronik menjadi sangat vital untuk meningkatkan efektivitas administrasi dan pelayanan di bidang pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan analisis literatur. Sistem pada penelitian ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka dengan metode pengembangan sistem berupa Agile, pembuatan perancangan sistem juga menggunkaan UML berupa usecase diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, dan class diagram, serta akan diujikan menggunakan Black-Box Testing. Dalam implementasi E-arsip di SD Swasta Senggani akan diaplikasikan kedalam website dengan alamat https://sdsenggani.my.id/login.php untuk admin serta https://sdsenggani.my.id/guru/login.php untuk akses guru, dalam hal pengimplementasian E-arsip masih mengalami sejumlah tantangan, seperti kurangnya sumber daya manusia, rendahnya pemahaman tentang teknologi, serta infrastruktur yang belum optimal. Meskipun ada beberapa masalah, keuntungan dari sistem E-arsip ini dapat dilihat dari penghematan waktu dan pengurangan penggunaan kertas. Penelitian ini juga memberikan rekomendasi untuk memperbaiki E-arsip, termasuk pelatihan untuk staf dan peningkatan infrastruktur teknologi.

Abstract

Produk UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah) dari Kota Medan yang cocok untuk dijadikan oleh-oleh masih banyak orang yang tidak mengetahuinya karena kurangnya ilmu pengetahuan promosi bagi setiap UMKM Kota Medan. Sistem rekomendasi oleh-oleh Medan dari UMKM kota Medan menggunakan metode Collaborative Filtering merupakan website yang dapat mengorganisir, menginformasikan dan mempromosikan produk-produk dari UMKM serta merekomendasikan produk berdasarkan kesukaan antar user yang telah melakukan pembelian produk, dimana dalam Rekayasa Perangkat Lunaknya menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, Database management system menggunakan MySql dengan teknik rancangan menggunakan UML dalam bentuk Use Case, Class Diagram, Activity Diagram. Hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan website yang nantinya akan memudahkan para UMKM untuk memasarkan produk – produknya dengan lebih mudah, dengan data produk yang lebih teroganisir dan memudahkan kepada para customer untuk mencari produk dan menemukan produk yang dibutuhkannya serta pengujian sistem menggunakan metode blackbox.

Abstract

Universitas Harapan Medan is a private university consisting of four faculties. In introducing the campus, the most commonly used promotional media is through brochures, banners, because it is considered the cheapest and fastest promotional media. The weakness of the brochure media which usually only contains text and images has not been able to provide accurate information about the real picture of how the campus looks like along with all the facilities owned by the campus. Therefore, through this research, an AR-based technology will be added to campus promotional media in the form of brochures distributed to the general public. With AR technology, virtual world objects can be added as if they are in a real environment in 3-dimensional form. To add this AR technology and connect it with promotional media in the form of brochures, a marker is attached to the brochure so that through an Android smartphone device, we seem to be in a real environment in 3 dimensions. The purpose of this research is to develop an AR-based Faculty information media application to increase the effectiveness of Faculty introduction to prospective new students for Campus 1 and Campus 2 of Universitas Harapan Medan. The result of this research is that AR technology can be used as a solution to the problems faced by campuses in promoting their educational institutions so that advertisements displayed to readers are more interactive, dynamic and more real, because they are able to show the building and all the facilities in it as real and real in the form of 3D and video.
