Abstract

This study aims to find out how the results of calculating the Qibla direction of the mosque and the accuracy of the Qibla direction of the mosque using the Qibla Tracker, Qibla Arc, and Google Earth instruments. The type of research used is field research which is descriptive qualitative in nature. This study uses an astronomical and syar'i approach. Source of data in this study from primary data and secondary data. Data processing techniques and data analysis in the form of data reduction, data presentation, inference, and verification as well as the final conclusion. The results of the study found that 5 out of the 13 mosques in this study still had an inaccurate Qibla or did not face the true Qibla. Qibla tracker and protractor methods get the same results as the google earth method. The implication of this research is that it is hoped that the local government, especially the KUA, will re-verify the Qibla direction of the mosque in order to correct the deviation that has occurred. In addition, it is necessary to socialize the accuracy of the Qibla direction to the community and provide a basic understanding to the community regarding the importance of the Qibla direction in carrying out worship, as well as the instruments used in determining the Qibla direction. Abstract

Religious and spiritual knowledge are among the areas of education that must be given full attention by families for their children. Religious knowledge is very meaningful in awakening the instinctive spiritual strength and willingness that exists in children through religious guidance and the practice of religious teachings which are of course adapted to their level and age, so that it can help to gain basic religious knowledge which has implications for the child's awareness of running. religious teachings properly and correctly. The Koran explains about orphans in various ways, including religion, faith, property, inheritance, spoils of war, marriage, and so on. This shows that the problem of orphans in the Koran is not only a sosial and humanitarian problem, but is also related to religious and faith issues which will have an impact in the afterlife. Therefore, the problem of orphans in Islam is a very important matter, so it requires serious attention and handling from people who are caring and adequate. Allah commands those who believe and are pious to pay attention to, look after, assist, aid and protect orphans in the ways He has determined.

Abstract

“This research discusses the exploration of the concept of prayer times in the Al-Qur'an from a astronomical perspective. This research is library research which collects data from books, journals and other reference sources. This research uses a sharia approach to analyze Islamic legal norms regarding prayer times, as well as an astronomical approach to determine prayer times based on the position of celestial bodies. The research results show that first, the verses of the Koran provide guidance regarding natural signs, such as the rising and setting of the sun, which are used in determining prayer times. The prayer times mentioned in the Qur'an have a scientific basis that can be measured and calculated using the reckoning method. Second, astronomy, with its arithmetic method, allows accurate prayer times to be determined based on the position of the sun, which includes the times of Fajr, Zuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha. The implication ot thhis research provides a theoretical contribution in strengthening the understanding that Islamic teachings regarding prayer times have a scientific basis that is acceptable in the context of modern science. Practically, the results of this research can be used as a reference in preparing a more accurate prayer time schedule and in developing technological applications that help Muslims determine prayer times easily and precisely.” Keywords: Eksploration, Falak Science, Prayer Time

Abstract

Etika politik dan moral kepemimpinan Islam maupun ke- pemimpinan  di  luar  Islam  sangat  ditentukan  oleh  penguasa. Oleh karena itu, yang menghendaki sebuah pemerintahan yang adil dan didasari oleh nilai etika, maka harus banyak belajar dari realitas  yang  terjadi  dengan  menjunjung  tinggi nilai-nilai  ke- adilan sehingga tercipta suatu kedamaian. Sebuah peme- rintahan  yang  tidak  didasari  nilai-nilai  etika  dan  moral  yang baik, akan menimbulkan kekecauan. Apalagi pemimpinnya yang tidak menanamkan nilai etika, sudah pasti kekuasaannya akan hancur. Oleh sebab itu penguasa yang baik adalah penguasa yang memberikan suasana kebahagiaan bukan sebaliknya.

Abstract

E-Commerce is currently an electronic trading that is growing very fast. It is possible that crimes can also be committed by irresponsible individuals regarding consumer privacy data. The purpose of this study, to determine the form of legal protection of consumer privacy in e-commerce according to positive law. Knowing the siyasah syar’iyah probisions on consumer privacy in e-commerce. This research is a qualitative research using syariah normative theological approach and juridical approach. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. And the data collection method used by the researcher is the document technique (library study). Based on the results in this study, the ITE law and other positive laws and regulations that have provided clarity and protection to consumer privacy have regulated electronic trading regulations so that consumers no langer feel worried about privacy data held in transactions. Electronic commerce according to the siyasah syar’iyah provisions may be carried out as long as it does not conflict with Islamic law. Because according to siyasah syar’iyah, the government has the power to determine everything as long as it is in accordance with Islamic law, including the law on consumer privacy protection. So the two laws, both positive law and siyasah syar’iyah, have provided legal protection for consumer privacy in e-commerce transactions.
