Abstract

Marketing is one of the main activities that needs to be carried out by a company, be it a goods or service company, in an effort to maintain the viability of its business. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of product quality and store atmosphere on consumer confidence with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Bintang Sembilan accessories store in Situbondo. The population in this study are consumers of the Bintang Sembilan Accessories Store in Situbondo Regency. The sampling method is determined by probability sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM).The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that product quality has a significant positive effect on consumer confidence. Store atmosphere has a significant positive effect on consumer confidence. Product quality has a positive but not significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Store atmosphere has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Consumer trust has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Product quality on consumer satisfaction through consumer trust has a significant positive effect. Store atmosphere on consumer satisfaction through consumer trust has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the form of financial management of BAZNAS Padang Panjang City. This research was motivated by BAZNAS Padang Panjang City obtaining a WTP Opinion from the Public Accounting Office eight times in a row starting from 2016- 2023. The type of research that the author uses is field research with a qualitative approach. The research results show that the financial management of BAZNAS Padang Panjang City refers to PERBAZNAS Number 5 of 2018 which consists of budgeting, receiving funds, storing funds, spending funds, bookkeeping and archiving, and controlling. Overall financial management is very good, with effective planning, neat recording and adequate reporting, as proven by obtaining an Unqualified Opinion (WTP) from a public accounting firm and having implemented the applicable accounting system

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran gastronomi dalam meningkatkan daya saing pariwisata Kota Semarang. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan desain studi kasus, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kunci seperti autentisitas, inovasi, dan keberlanjutan yang berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan wisata kuliner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kuliner tidak hanya memberikan dampak positif bagi ekonomi lokal melalui penciptaan lapangan kerja dan peningkatan pendapatan, tetapi juga memperkaya pengalaman wisatawan. Selain itu, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya integrasi teknologi dan tradisi dalam pengembangan sektor kuliner. Rekomendasi yang diberikan mencakup pengembangan regulasi pendukung, insentif untuk pelaku usaha, serta peningkatan kapasitas SDM dan infrastruktur. Penelitian ini juga menyarankan studi lanjutan untuk menganalisis dampak ekonomi kuantitatif, preferensi wisatawan, dan pengembangan model bisnis berkelanjutan
