Abstract

Selada (Lactuca sativa L.) merupakan salah satu tanaman sayuran yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi dan memiliki banyak kandungan gizi. Kandungan gizi yang terdapat pada selada adalah serat, vitamin A (karotenoid), antioksidan, kalium, kalsium, zat besi, asam folat, karoten, vitamin C, dan vitamin E. Tanaman selada memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai komoditi ekspor yang cukup menjanjikan. Salah satu teknik budidaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan produksi selada adalah pemupukan. Pupuk NPK mengandung unsur hara nitrogen, posfor dan kalium merupakan unsur hara utama yang dibutuhkan tanaman dalam pertumbuhannya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh berbagai dosis pupuk NPK terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada varietas Caipira. Penelitian dilaksanakan di PT. Nina Agro Jaya, di desa Pombewe, kecamatan Sigi Biromaru, kabupaten Sigi. Waktu penelitian mulai bulan Desember 2022 sampai dengan Februari 2023. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari 8 perlakuan yaitu : P0 = Tanpa Pupuk NPK (Kontrol), P1 = 0,25 g/polibag, P2 = 0,5 g/polibag, P3 = 0,75 g/polibag, P4 = 1 g/polibag, P5 =1,25 g/polibag, P6 = 1,5 g/polibag, P7 = 1,75 g/polibag. Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak tiga kali sehingga menghasilkan 24 unit percobaan. Setiap unit percobaan terdiri dari 3 polibag sehingga terdapat 72 unit percobaan. Data pengamatan yang telah diperoleh dianalisis ragam (ANOVA). Data yang bepengaruh nyata di uji BNJ (beda nyata jujur) taraf 5% untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagai dosis pupuk NPK berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada. Dosis pupuk NPK 1,25 g/polibag menghasilkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada terbaik dibanding dosis pupuk NPK lainnya.

Abstract

The transfer of land rights can be done through a sale and purchase process by the parties to the agreement. The sale and purchase can be through a power of sale, where the party in the sale and purchase agreement can represent another person through a power of sale to carry out legal actions. In case No. 529/PDT/2021/PT SMG, which had previously been decided by the District Court in decision No. 8/PDT.G/2020, the Plaintiff claimed and stated that he was the legal owner of the lands. However, in practice, the Plaintiff has given and released with a Power of Attorney to Sell and was not considered by the Panel of Judges. This study aims to determine the position of Power of Sale in Indonesian treaty law and to determine whether a Power of Sale can be the basis for the transfer and replacement of land rights. The method used in this research is normative juridical legal research using Library Research techniques. The results of the research findings reveal that based on Article 1792 of the Civil Code formulates the granting of power of attorney as an agreement between a person as a grantor with another person as a proxy, to carry out an act or action on behalf of the grantor. So that this power of sale can also be used in terms of land transfer.
