Abstract

Today's progress has touched all aspects of life. especially in terms of computer technology. In the world of computers is currently known by the term Internet. Almost all people, especially in cities - big cities never heard that term, and may well use them. Unfortunately not all internet users understand how to create web pages. because then that Internet users retrieve information more than providing information on when using the internet. For this reason the author hopes this PI can give an idea of designing a simple web site.

Abstract

Open University as a public university implemented a system of open and distance education, using media to support student self-learning poses. One of them is the internet.Internet tutorial consists of lessons on the web page, CAI (computer assisted learning), accompanied with fax facilities and internet mailing list. A total of 40 lectures were given, freely accessible via the homepage of http://www.ut.ac.id UT. due to Internet support, the view became more interesting lectures, students can learn unhindered by space and time and two-way communication between students and tutors, to be faster.

Abstract

Frequency distribution is the preparation of a data starting from the smallest to thelargest number that divides the data into several classes. Usefulness of incoming datain the frequency distribution is to facilitate the presentation of data, easily understoodand easy to read as information material, in turn dihgunakan for calculating theaverage of a class and give an evaluation.The problem in perhitunan average is the number of data must be sorted before beingprocessed it will be increasingly difficult if the calculations are done manually. Tosimplify and accelerate the process of calculating the average writer tries to takeadvantage of advances in computer technology to create application programs for thecalculation of the average electric typing test assessment using Turbo Pascalprogramming.
