Abstract

Proxy server is a computer or program that can act as another computer to request the content from the Internet. Proxy Server acts as a gateway to the internet world for each client computer. A user interacts with the Internet via a proxy server will not know that a proxy server is handling requests are done. Web server that receives requests from the proxy server will interpret the request - these requests as if - if the request came directly from the client computer, instead of the proxy server.Proxy servers can also be used to secure private network that is connected to a public network (like internet). Proxy server has more functionality than a router that features packet filtering, proxy servers because it operates at a higher level and have a more comprehensive control of network access.

Abstract

Lodging as an organization also requires computer facilities as needs and serviceswhich will generate information and reports are accurate and quick in processingservices. And reduced human error in finding the data.In this study the author conducted interviews and read books related to lodging.Based on the results of the discussion on scientific writing, the implementation ofcomputerization on the reservation is very helpful at all to face the problem of datasecurity more secure by using computerization as compared with the manual method,because the data is stored in a floppy or hard disk that is not easy to lost or damaged.In running the system procedure, the authors suggest to the user in order to alwaysmaintain the system and the data so well that the expected output is always up to date.

Abstract
