Abstract

HTML or Hyper Text Markup Language is a software that allows users of the Web server tocreate a Web site of his own or commonly known as Homepage. In making this HTMLdocument authors use the Notepad editor. HTML documents created tag has three main, , . Among the tags this will then be an HTML document on apersonal homepage will be defined, for example we can divide a page into multiple frames,insert a picture (image), hypertext kink, and the form in which we can interact with visitors.By using HTML to make it easier for home users, especially in the manufacture of personalhomepage. Because the HTML of a document can be accessed by all types of ComputerOperating System without seeing the type of platform, be it Windows, Linux, UNIX, and soforth.
