<![CDATA[Abstract : Breastfeeding production is influenced by several factors, either directly egbreastfeeding behavior, maternal psychology, maternal physiology, or indirect, for example,social and cultural infants. The purpose of this study identified the factors related to breastmilk production in Postpartum Mother at Ranotana Weru Health Center. Design the researchused descriptive method with cross sectional approach. The sample in this study amounted to30 respondents. The result of this research using chi-square statistic test was obtained for theshape and condition of nipple with milk production P = 0.030 <α = 0.05, anxiety with milkproduction P = 0.013 <α = 0.05 and family support with milk production P = 0.000 < Α =0.05. The conclusion that there is a relationship between the shape and condition of the nipple,anxiety and family support with milk production.Keywords : Factors Associated with Breastmilk Production, Mother PostpartumAbstak : Produksi ASI dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, baik yang langsung misalnya,perilaku menyusui, psikologis ibu, fisiologis ibu, ataupun yang tidak langsung misalnya, sosialkultural dan bayi. Tujuan penelitian ini diidentifikasi analisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungandengan produksi ASI pada Ibu Postpartum di Puskesmas Ranotana Weru. Desain penelitianmenggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitianini berjumlah 30 responden. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji statistik chi-square didapatkanuntuk bentuk dan kondisi puting susu dengan produksi ASI nilai P = 0.030 < α = 0.05,kecemasan dengan produksi ASI nilai P = 0.013 < α = 0.05 dan dukungan keluarga denganproduksi ASI nilai P = 0.000 < α = 0.05.
