<![CDATA[Abstract: Traffic accidents are one of the public health issues affecting all sectors of life.Accidental injuries generally occur in the musculoskeletal system. Injuries that includebleeding, sprains and fractures. To prevent injury to the musculoskeletal system, swimwearhelp is needed through Education. The purpose of the research is to know the effect of Healtheducation and simulation on knowledge and skill level on grade X students of SMK Negeri 6Manado. The research method is pre experiment with one group pre and post test and usingmultiple choice questions to collect data from respondent. Sample consists of 16 respondentsusing the systematic random sampling technique. The results of the research using theWilcoxon statistical test yields a P-Value of 0,000 (< α = 0,05). The conclusion shows that theeffect of Health education on knowledge on grade X students of SMK Negeri 6 Manado.Keywords: Health education, dressing splint, first aid fractureAbstrak: Kecelakaan lalu lintas merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat yangmempengaruhi semua sektor kehidupan. Cedera akibat kecelakaan umumnya terjadi padasistem muskuloskeletal. Cedera yang meliputi perdarahan, terkilir dan patah tulang. Untukmencegah terjadinya cedera pada sistem muskuloskeletal dibutuhkan pertolongan balut bidaimelalui Pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendidikan kesehatan dansimulasi terhadap tingkat pengetahuan pada siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 6 Manado. Metodepenelitian ini adalah Pre-experimen dengan desain penelitian one group pre and post test danmenggunakan Multiple Choice Questions untuk mendapatkan data dari responden. Sampelberjumlah 16 responden dengan menggunakan Teknik systematic Random Sampling. Hasilpenelitian menggunakan uji statistik Wilcoxon di dapat nilai P-value sebesar 0,000 (< α =0,05). Kesimpulan menunjukkan adanya pengaruh Pendidikan kesehatan dan simulasiterhadap pengetahuan tentang balut bidai pertolongan pertama fraktur tulang panjang padasiswa kelas X SMK Negeri 6 Manado.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan kesehatan, balut bidai, pertolongan pertama fraktur.]]>
