<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya peningkatan motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar IPS melaluipenerapan metode tanya jawab pada peserta didiksekolah dasar. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan hasil belajar IPS. Instrumen penelitianmeliputi dokumen hasil angket motivasi dan dokumentasi yang berupa daftar nilai tes sebagai alat ukur hasil belajar.Teknik analisis data meliputites tingkat keberhasilan, penentuan KKM, dan observasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan nilai rata-rata prasiklus 51,60 (14,28%), siklus I menjadi 67,67 (28,57%), siklus II menjadi 76,60 (67,86%), dan siklus IIInaik menjadi 84,11(92,86%).Hasil penelitian tersebut terbukti selalu ada kenaikan tiap siklusnya baik motivasi belajar maupun hasil belajarnya sampai siklus ke III.
