Abstract

Dunia pendidikan Indonesia saat ini, diakui atau tidak kualitasnya belum bisa dikatakan menggembirakan kendati pernah menyabet gelar juara di beberapa turnament international. Problem utama sebenarnya adalah mental bangsa Indonesia yang sangat lemah. Stigma orang pintar tapi tidak benar adalah contoh betapa mental bangsa ini sangat rentan dan rendah. Mental terjajahnya masih kuat tertanam kuat dalam sanubari rakyat Indonesia pada umumnya, sehingga bangsa ini sulit menjadi bangsa yang maju. Ini harus menjadi garapan dan perhatian insan dunia pendidikan bagaimana menanamkan mental baja kepada anak didik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the formation of an environment in supporting Arabic language learning at STITAF. It can be said that an environment that supports learning Arabic can improve the quality of language learning itself. One of the main strategies in strengthening Arabic that can be applied is to build a supportive learning environment by facilitating the language learning process to be more interesting and optimal. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach, data obtained from a series of observations, interviews, and documentation in the STITAF environment. The results of this study illustrate that there is a serious effort from the Tarbiyah Al-Fattah College of Sciences (STITAF) in Lamongan to strengthen Arabic language learning in the form of the Center for Language Development and Islamic Education (PPBK) for teaching Arabic with four Arabic language skills: istimak, kalam, qiraah and kitabah, which according to the author's view are quite successful in increasing students' interest in studying and mastering Arabic in a comprehensive manner. This study describes two aspects of strengthening and mastery of Arabic with language development programs and aspects of pesantrenan to animate the intellectuals of the STITAF academic community in the pedagogic, affective and psycho-motor domains. The PPBK institution is the driving force for achieving comprehensive mastery of Arabic in the STITAF environment in particular and other units under the auspices of the Al-Fattah Siman Lamongan Islamic Boarding School Foundation and for the general public.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap mata kuliah Pengantar Akuntansi dan kemampuan mereka dalam merancang perencanaan keuangan pribadi. Perencanaan keuangan pribadi merupakan kemampuan penting bagi mahasiswa, khususnya dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausal. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 66 mahasiswa aktif Universitas Negeri Surabaya yang telah menyelesaikan mata kuliah Pengantar Akuntansi. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah pemahaman akuntansi, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah kemampuan perencanaan keuangan pribadi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan dan linear antara pemahaman akuntansi dengan kemampuan menyusun perencanaan keuangan pribadi. Setiap peningkatan dalam pemahaman akuntansi memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mengelola pengeluaran, menabung, dan menyusun rencana keuangan yang lebih sistematis. Analisis regresi sederhana mengungkapkan bahwa pemahaman yang baik tentang konsep dasar akuntansi, seperti pencatatan transaksi dan laporan keuangan, sangat membantu dalam praktik pengelolaan keuangan pribadi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap akuntansi dapat meningkatkan kemandirian finansial mahasiswa melalui pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih efektif dan terencana.

Abstract

Maqashid Syariah, or the objectives of Islamic law, is an important concept in understanding Islamic law that focuses on achieving good and preventing harm. In the period of the Companions and Tabi'in, this maqashid became the basis for legal decision-making and religious practices. This study aims to analyze how the Companions and Tabi'in implemented maqashid sharia in the social, political, and economic contexts of their time. Meanwhile, the research method used in this journal is library research. The findings show that the Companions and Tabi'in did not only focus on legal texts, but also considered the social impact of legal decisions, thus creating justice and social welfare.

Abstract

The debate about the relationship of Islam with modernity has attracted the attention of Islamic scholars. This led to a split into two camps. Pro-modernity circles represented by Islamic Reformist groups can accept modernity and fully support the concept of modernity for the advancement of Islamic civilization. Meanwhile, Islamic circles that are opposed to modernity represented by Islamic revivalist groups reject the existence of modernity because it can threaten Islamic traditions. The rejection of Muslim revivalist is based on the phenomenon of modernity which is very far from Islamic values that rely on traditions made by their clerical figures. This failure to understand modernity arises because they are too fanatical about the Islamic tradition and do not want to read and compromise with the reality and phenomenon of the times, causing a failure to understand the term modernity. This research will explain the debate of Islamic world relations around modernity sourced from Western media that has changed the face of civilization in the Islamic world. The research method used in writing this article is descriptive-qualitative from library research with data sources in the form of books, journals, and online media, as well as other reference materials relevant to the problem studied. The results show that the Islamic world can hardly avoid and stem the incursion of Western media that is so heavily flooding the Muslim world. One can fully access any phenomenon of modernity. This reality has not deterred Muslim intellectuals who are against modernity from trying to maintain the spiritual identity of Islam even though other Muslim world intellectual groups accept modernity by filtering its negative effects. This study will further analyze the challenges of the Islamic world, in addressing modernity.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the journey of Isra' and Mi'raj of the Prophet Muhammad from a scientific perspective. The researcher uses descriptive qualitative with library research by analyzing related books and journals, where the data is obtained by studying the theme of Isra' Mi'raj in the perspective of science with in-depth study. After the data is collected, it is then analyzed with the concept and theory of Zero Kelvin. Through this study, it can be seen that the Zero Kelvin Theory and Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle are so far suitable to explain the Isra' Mi'raj event, where the body of the Prophet Muhammad when traveling Isra' and Mi'raj traveled at the speed of light. Keywords: Prophet Muhammad, Heisenberg's uncertainty principle, isra', mi'raj, and the Kelvin Zero Theory.
