Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk meneliti tentang pengaruh metode Self Directed Learning terhadap kemampuan menulis artikel mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam Semester V di Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Nurul Hidayah Selatpanjang, dalam menulis artikel mahasiswa diharuskan memahami dan menguasai unsur-unsur yang harus ada dalam sebuah artikel ilmiah sehingga artikel tersebut layak untuk diterbitkan dijurnal nasional maupun internasional sebagai pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan baru yang dapat menjadi publikasi ilmiah. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif karena data penelitian berupa angka-angka dan analisis menggunakan statistic. Teknik eksperimen ini dilakukan supaya dapat diketahui pengaruh atau gejala yang muncul akibat dari suatu perlakuan tertentu yang dilakukan dengan cermat, sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa Semester VA (Kelas Eksperimen) dan VB (Kelas Kontrol) menggunakan teknik tes. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu hasil pre-test kelas eksperimen yang berjumlah 20 orang yaitu berjumlah 1339 nilai rata-ratanya adalah 66.95, nilai post-test kelas eksperimen berjumlah 1420 rata-ratanya adalah 71.00. Sedangkan Hasil pre-test kelas kontrol yang berjumlah 20 orang yaitu berjumlah 1340 nilai rata- ratanya adalah 67.00, nilai post-test kelas Kontrol berjumlah 1430, nilai rata- ratanya adalah 71.50. Hasil uji normalitas variable Pre-tesy dan Pos-test kelas eksperimen maupun Pre-test dan Post-test kelas kontrol berkontribusi tidak normal. Hasil uji homoginitas Pre-test dan Post- test kelas eksperimen memiliki varians yang tidak sama atau data tidak homogen sedangkan pada kelas control itu homogen. Uji Hipotesis terhadap Pre-test dan Post-test kelas eksperimen dan kontrol adalah Hipotesis ditolak.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the concept of fitrah in the perspective of the Qur'an, what elements are contained in human nature, and how humans develop the nature contained within them through Islamic education. This study uses thematic interpretation, namely by collecting verses of the Koran related to human nature. Through this thematic method we can understand the views and conceptions of the Qur'an regarding fitrah, and its relation to the current development of Islamic education. Fitrah in the view of the Qur'an has several dimensions. The natural dimensions referred to in this case are the aspects contained in human nature which have many variations. This diversity is caused by different points of view. There are three human dimensions which are the essence of its creation or its totality, namely the physical, psychological and psychophysical dimensions or in Islam known as bodily fitrah (al-jism), spiritual fitrah (al-ruh) and nafsiyyah fitrah (al-nafs). Human nature can develop properly through the educational process.

Abstract

In today's era of technological development, independent learning is a necessity that must be possessed by students. Independent learning encourages students to be active by having the ability and skills to think critically about changes in existing situations well. It is hoped that students are able to make a positive contribution to changes and/or solving learning problems in society. Student learning independence helps students achieve goals, skills, and expertise in learning. This study aims to develop student independent learning through the reservation method in the form of creating scientific journal articles. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The subjects in this study were fifth semester students of the Islamic religious education study program at STAI Nurul Hidayah Selatpanjang. The main instrument of this study was the researcher himself with support in the form of questionnaires and interviews made according to the established indicators. The results of the study showed that students had good independent learning abilities, this can be seen from the aspects of learning independence that they have including motivation, self-confidence, discipline, responsibility and initiative. The success of independent learning can also be seen from the changes in attitudes and abilities of students to follow the learning process, in addition it was also found that independent learning of students through the reservation method in the form of making scientific articles makes students have characters with the ability to elaborate between intellectual abilities and theoretical concepts with life in society. Independent learning is able to raise intellectual and spiritual awareness in a balanced way that is integrated into each course.
