Abstract

Fall Armyworm (Spodoptera frugiperda) is an invasive insect pest that has a high appetite, causing damage and reduced yields in corn plants. One way to control these larvae is to use the biological agent Metarhizium anisopliae. The aim of this research was to determine the influence of several spore densities of the entomopathogenic fungus M. anisopliae on S. frugiperda. The design used in this research was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) which consisted of 4 treatment levels of spore suspension density 107,108, 109 and a water control treatment as a comparison with 6 replications. Application was carried out on 3-4 instar larvae with an observation period of 12 hours for 4 days. The results of this study showed that the application of the biological agent M. anisopliae with a spore density treatment of 109caused the highest larval mortality of 76.7%. Lethal time (LT_50) for larval mortality caused by M. anisopliae is 2.80 days. From probit analysis, the Lethal Concentration (LC_50) value was 2.44 x 109 spores/ml.

Abstract

Dalam perkembangan smartphone saat ini sangat berkembang, utamanya pada bidang penjualan smartphone sangat meningkat tiap tahunnya. Situasi ini menyebabkan permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu konsumen kesulitan saat memilih smartphone sesuai yang diinginkan, seperti contoh konsumen membeli smartphone dengan harga tinggi tetapi spesifikasi yang diinginkan tidak sesuai yang diharapkan, tentunya sangat merugikan bagi konsumen sehingga menyebabkan ketidakpuasan. Pada proses pembelian smartphone saat ini, konsumen kesulitan untuk memilih smartphone yang akan dipilih dikarenkan spesifikasi yang berbeda-beda sehingga penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melakukan perangkingan smartphone dengan melihat adanya kriteria yang tersedia menggunakan perhitungan dari metode weighted product (WP). Penelitian ini menghasilkan perhitungan metode secara manual dan perhitungan sistem dengan data alternatif sebanyak 50 data memiliki hasil perangkingan yang sama dengan keakuratan sebesar 100%.Dari segi pengujian fungsionalitas sistem dengan 10 total fitur yang diujikan dan 10 total fitur yang diharapkan, didapatkan sebanyak 10 fitur berhasil diuji fungsionalitas website dengan hasil persentasi sebesar 100%. Sedangkan dari segi pengujian user yang dilakukan dengan kuisioner bahwa jawaban dari 10 responden menyatakan kesan baik sebesar 64%, untuk kesan cukup sebesar 28%, dan kesan kurang sebesar 8% . Dengan adanya respon tersebut disimpulkan aplikasi yang dirancang sesuai apa yang diharapkan responden.
