Abstract

Software effort estimation is to estimate the amount of resources needed in developing the software. For that software effort estimation is important so need to see the effect of software measurement to software effort estimation which is done by machine learning technique. Based on this the researcher tries to build a system capable of measuring software. In this study experiments on software measurement techniques (FPA, FPA with Sugeno fuzzy and FPA with mamdani fuzzy). The three types of techniques are compared with the three project data for further software effort estimation. For evaluation, this study evaluates using the assessment of the Developeras Analyst of the Project. The results of the study that the LOC and effort values on a similar system can be different if calculated by the use of FPA, Fam Mamdany fuzzy and FPA Sugeno Fuzzy. The highest LOC and Effort values are generated by FPA Mamdany Fuzzy on Project DUMAS POLDA SUMSEL. While the lowest effort value and lowest LOC produced by FPA Sugeno Fuzzy. This can be traced from the calculation mechanisms performed by FPA Sugeno Fuzzy where this method does not count the input, output, file, query and interface values at all. The calculation of FPA Sugeno fuzzy is done by roughly judging only from the difficulty of making the system. To raise the price of a project in order to be rewarded higher FAT methods Mamdani Fuzzy is recommended

Abstract

Jamsostek Mobile application is an application as an information service feature for Employment BPJS policies which can be accessed online, one of its features is a simulation of JHT and Pension Guarantee (JP) balances. The purpose of this study is to analyze user behavior in using JMO – Jamsostek Mobile application and to find out which variables have the most influence and have the highest value compared to other variables. The method used in this study is Theory of Planned Behavior (User Behavior Theory) which is an extension of Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) aims to look at user behavior in JMO – Jamsostek Mobile application which focuses on 5 variables, in the form of 3 independent variables namely attitude toward behavior, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control) and 2 dependent variables namely behavioral intention and behavior. The population were the people of Jambi City where the number of respondents obtained from distributing questionnaires via Google Form was 384 respondents and this data analysis technique used SmartPLS. the results of hypothesis testing have a strong level of relationship that the independent variable has an influence on the dependent variable.

Abstract

Saat ini berbagai peneliti banyak yang sedang fokus meneliti berbagai macam metodologi dalam pengembangan software karena dengan pemilihan metodologi yang baik maka software yang dihasilkan akan memiliki kualitas yang baik, lebih cepat dan biaya dalam pengembangan software akan menjadi lebih efisien. ICONIX Process adalah metode hybrid dalam metodologi pengembangan software engineering yang dibentuk berdasarkan metodologi pemodelan objek (Object Modeling Technique), Metode Objectory dan Metode Booch. Penggunaan ICONIX Process yang mengadopsi Use Case Driven serta dengan penyesuaian terhadap Arsitektur Zend Framework yang berbasis Event-driven Architecture dalam lingkup paradigma SOLID diharapkan dapat mengkolaborasikan keduanya pada skala penelitian dengan kasus pengembangan software effort estimation pada penelitian sebelumnya. Proses perancangan Software Effort Estimation dan Case Based Reasoning dengan menggunakan metode ICONIX Process pada Arsitektur Zend Framework 3 dengan tujuan agar dapat meminimumkan kesalahan dalam menterjemahkan diagram yang dihasilkan pada proses perancangan. Perhitungan Cosmic Function Point dilakukan pada aplikasi Zend Framework 3 menjadi lebih terstruktur dengan baik dikarenakan proses perhitungan didesain menggunakan class.
