Abstract

In communications education, teaching and learning process is a process of communication that puts the teacher as a communicator or message source education. A communicator of education is required to have professional skills review which is known with academic competence. So the teacher said as a professional teacher if have pedagogic competence, competence personality, social competence and professional competence. Besides the social reality a teacher could must maintain status and role of social by a good attitude and action, teaching profession because in different employees generally. Employees other than teachers, when it had been completed the responsibilities of work in the office can home without Having to act and act like in the office when you're hearts social environment. A teacher with identity he always keeping good temperament in the social environment of the school and environment place he worked. Of course this is a long process in the construction of identity a teacher, teaching experience, time and the decade has passed an externalization process of internalization and its importance on identity that brought. Thus meaning the identity of the teacher to make as a source of Inspiration in school life and social life. And this certainly is correlated with him self as a communicator from the education to make him self not only as a communicator from the education not only as the Source of message but someone (a teacher) that has credibility communicator namely traffic rhetoric, listeners which is good, persuasive, performance keeping, audience analysis, language keeping the body language and use media right so that the process of communication education he becoming the credible communicator.

Abstract

Background: Abdominal MSCT has better sensitivity and specificity, however its radiation exposure is high. Adaptive Iterative Dose Reduction (AIDR) 3D is an iterative reconstruction technology on Toshiba which produces a better image quality by reducing noise and streak artifacts in low dose. Based on author’s observation, abdominal MSCT performed at the hospital uses a standard routine abdominal MSCT protocol without adjusting the level of AIDR 3D. AIDR 3D has several strength level allowing an optimal image quality. This study was aimed to explain the role of AIDR 3D in improving the image quality and radiation dose of abdominal MSCT. Methods: This research method is descriptive with the literature study approach, by collecting articles from ProQuest, Google Scholar, PubMed, SpringerLink, and ScienceDirect about the role of AIDR 3D on abdominal MSCT published 2013-2020. The articles were selected according to the inclusion criteria. So there were 4 relevant journals which were then analyzed by making a journal summary, evaluating, giving opinions so that conclusions and suggestions can be drawn. Result: The results showed that AIDR 3D can improve the image quality of abdominal MSCT by reducing noise, artifacts and increasing CNR, SNR, image sharpness. Noise reduction and CNR increase, the most prominent SNR is found in AIDR 3D Strong, followed by Standard and Mild. AIDR 3D can reduce radiation doses better without reducing image quality Conclusion: AIDR 3D can improve image quality on abdominal MSCT and the use of integrated AIDR 3D SUREExposore 3D can reduce radiation doses better without reducing image quality. Reduction of radiation dose between 23% to 76%.

Abstract

Lavender is a light lavender-colored flower, has a distinctive and delicate smell, and has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antibacterial, antifungal, antidepressant, and can reduce acne. The purpose of this study is to make a toner preparation formulation from lavender essential oil as an anti-acne with variations in glycerin and propylene glycol concentrations so that an optimal formula is produced. The method used in this study is Simplex Lattice Design. The physical tests of toner preparations carried out include organoleptic, homogeneity, pH, dry time, and displaced volume. The response from the physical evaluation was processed to obtain the optimal formula. The results of the physical test of the optimum preparation were then analyzed using the One Sample T-Test with the SPSS application. Formula optimization yielded a concentration of 10% glycerin and 7% propylenglycol. The optimal preparation of lavender toner is clear white with a distinctive lavender smell and liquid form, a homogeneous preparation, a pH value of 6.17, a drying time of 1.12 minutes, and a transferred volume of 98 ml so that the optimal preparation of lavender toner meets the requirements of a good toner. The results of the One Sample T-Test analysis showed no difference.
