Abstract

This research using a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Data analysis in this research uses three components consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results showed that the quality of outpatient laboratory testing services at the Dr. RSUP Laboratory Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta is in the good category but not yet optimal because there are still several sub-indicators that have not run according to community expectations, namely the sub-indicator of ease of process in service, the sub-indicator of service standards which is considered unclear, the sub-indicator of speed service and also the sub-indicator of serving patients without discriminatory. Factors that hamper the quality of outpatient laboratory testing services at the Dr. Sardjito Hospital Yogyakarta Laboratory are patient awareness, unclear SOP, and lack of service staff.Keyword: Service Quality; Dr. Sardjito Hospital Laboratory.

Abstract

In order to improve the welfare of groups of children with special needs, the Kemudo Village Government collaborated with the Tombo Ati Care Shelter Workshop (SWP) in Kemudo Village to create a UMKM Batik Ciprat with disabilities participants, which is now called Batik Ciprat Tombo Ati Kamajaya. Along the way, there are still various problems, namely (1) Splashed batik products are still less popular with people outside Kemudo Village; (2) The amount of batik production is not yet stable; (3) Promotion via social media and other digital platforms that is not yet optimal; (4) The goal of improving the welfare of people with disabilities through has not yet been achieved. The aim of this research is to determine the development strategy for the UMKM Batik Ciprat disability group in Kemudo Village, Prambanan District, Klaten Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results were 14 alternative strategies that could be implemented in the development of disability groups. Of the 14 alternative strategies, there are still several strategies that have not been implemented by UMKM Batik Ciprat Tombo Ari Kamajaya, namely increasing the ability to manage Disability Groups, increasing the quantity and quality of disability groups, using technology in marketing and promotions, as well as joint commitment among stakeholders.Keyword: Development Strategy; Disability Group; Kemudo Village.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative study that aims to know the development strategy of the CV. Rajawali Andalan Pratama Sleman with a swot analysis. Technology development has become a factor in changing the power to buy people from offline to online, this makes the expedition service very appealing to the public because through the services of the expedition the goods will be delivered to a place where the people want it to go. That's why expedition services competition has become increasingly intense and every expedition service company has to be able to devise a strategy to deal with the competition. Besides, the whole point of this research is to find strategies that has never done before CV. Rajawali Andalan Pratama Sleman. Prescription research contains a discussion on CV. Rajawali Andalan Pratama using internal and external indicators to find strength, Weakness., Chances and threats., and there is an analysis of the swot matrix.Keyword: Strategy; Internal Indicators; External Indicators; SWOT Matrix.
