Abstract

Abstract: Extracurricular The research based on the observation was done by the researcher at SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kerinci. It showed lack of students’ interest on the library conditions it causes the problem by students to increase their knowledge. The formally, the function of the library is aimed to education. The specifically, the function of the library is to increase students’ interes in reading, because of that the library is very important for students. This research was aimed to know the implementation of the library function and the influence on students’ interest at SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan kerinci Pelalawan Regency. The sampel of this research was 40 students. The instrument of data collection by using observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation. This research is a quantitative descriptive analaysis. The implementation of the library functions and the influences on student interest at smp negeri 1 pangkalan kerinci are in good level. There is a significant influence between the implementation of the library function on reading students’ interest at SMP Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kerinci are in good level. So the hypothesis is the research was acceptex. The result found that the cooficient of determination (Rsquere) os 0458. Its mean thet the influence of independent variabel (implementation of the library function) on dependent variabel (students’ interest of reading) is 67.7%Key Words: Implementation Of The Library Funcions, Influence, Reading

Abstract

Magang merupakan syarat mutlak bagi calon notaris untuk menjadi seorang Notaris, dengan munculnya Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2014 tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2004 tentang Jabatan Notaris untuk ketentuan magang diperpanjang menjadi 24 (duapuluh empat) bulan yang semula hanya 12 (dua belas) bulan demikian berdasarkan Pasal 3 huruf f, proses magang sangat erat kaitannya dengan tempat dimana calon notaris melakukan magang yaitu di kantor Notaris, bagi kantor Notaris yang menerima magang tentu sedikit banyak rahasia aktanya akan diketahui oleh calon notaris yang sedang magang. Penulis dalam tesis ini ingin menelaah dan menganalisa lebih lanjut tentang tanggung jawab calon notaris yang sedang magang dalam merahasiakan akta dan bentuk-bentuk sanksi bagi calon notaris yang sedang magang yang membocorkan rahasia akta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif, yaitu penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti bahan pustaka atau bahan hukum sekunder sedangkan dalam mencari dan mengumpulkan data dilakukan dengan dua pendekatan, yaitu pendekatan undang-undang dan pendekatan konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa calon notaris yang melaksanakan magang dalam suatu kantor Notaris berkewajiban menjaga rahasia akta dan segala keterangan yang diperoleh dalam pembuatan akta hal tersebut berdasarkan pada Pasal 16 A ayat 2 UUJN, pelaksanaan atas isi pasal tersebut merupakan bentuk dari tanggung jawab calon notaris kepada negara, dalam hal calon notaris membocorkan rahasia akta, maka dapat dikenai sanksi secara pidana yaitu sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 85 Undang-Undang Nomor 43 Tahun 2009 Tentang Kearsipan juncto Pasal 54 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2008 Tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik serta sanksi secara perdata sesuai Pasal 1365 KUHPerdata.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the suitability of the learning implementation plan with the implementation of learning as well as the suitability of planning and implementation with applicable online learning implementation standards. This research was conducted at SMK Panca Bhakti Sungai Raya Kab. Royal stronghold. The method    used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative research form The data studied in this study were sourced from the class X Accounting teacher at SMK Panca Bhakti Sungai Raya. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentary studies. The criteria in this study refer to the standard process of implementing online learning. The results showed that 1) From the aspect of planning (antecendents), an online learning implementation plan (RPP) had been prepared by an Accounting teacher for class X SMK Panca Bhakti Sungai Raya in accordance with the Circular Letter of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 14 of 2019 concerning Simplification of Learning Implementation Plans (RPP). 2) In the process aspect (transaction), the implementation of online learning by the class X Accounting teacher at SMK Panca Bhakti Sungai Raya has been carried out by the teacher by referring to SE Number 15 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for Organizing Learning From Home. However, the teacher has not been fully able to carry out learning in accordance with the guidelines. 3) Aspects of outcomes (outcomes), the teacher plans learning in accordance with the standard process, but in reality there is still a learning implementation that is not in accordance with the Learning Implementation Plan that has been prepared.
