Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisispengaruh faktor kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari faktor reliability, assurance, tangible, emphaty,responsiveness terhadap kepuasan nasabah, baik secara simultan (serentak) maupun parsial danuntuk mengetahui faktor kualitas pelayanan manakah yang mempunyai pengaruh paling dominanterhadap kepuasan nasabah pada Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Teluk Kuantan. Sampel diambil sebanyak100 responden dari keseluruhan nasabah Tabungan Sinar di Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Teluk Kuantansebanyak 6.240 orang sebagai populasinya dan menggunakan metode analisis data Regresi LinierBerganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji statistik secara simultan faktor-faktor kualitaspelayanan yang terdiri dari reliability, assurance, tangible, emphaty dan responsivenessmempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Uji statistik secara parsialmenunjukkan bahwa variabel reliabilty (X1) dan emphaty (X4) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikanterhadap kepuasan nasabah dan faktor emphaty (X4) yang paling dominan memberikan pengaruhnyaterhadap kepuasan nasabah.Kata Kunci: kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan nasabah, pengaruh, simultan

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the organizational climate has an effect on employee morale, to find out whether the work environment has an effect on work morale, and to find out whether the organizational climate and work environment have an effect on work morale. The research method used is a quantitative method and uses secondary and primary data. Primary data was obtained from respondents who were collected through a questionnaire consisting of 24 statements. The sample consisted of 42 respondents who were all employees at the Batam View Hotel. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. Data analysis includes: validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test. This research data analysis technique uses SPSS. The results of this research show, (1) There is a significant influence of organizational climate on employee morale at the Batam View Hotel, (2) There is a significant influence of the work environment on employee morale at the Batam View Hotel, and (3) There is a significant influence of organizational climate and work environment on employee morale at the Batam View Hotel. Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent to which job stress and work environment affect employee productivity at PT Permodalan Ekonomi Rakyat (PER) Pekanbaru. The research employs a descriptive quantitative method using a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 80 respondents and analyzed using SPSS version 23. The results indicate that job stress has a significant yet weak influence on productivity (β = 0.032; p < 0.05). In contrast, the work environment has a highly significant and dominant effect (β = 0.844). Simultaneously, both independent variables contribute 77.9% to work productivity. The study concludes that managing job stress and improving the work environment are crucial factors in enhancing employee productivity. Keywords: Job Stress, Work Environment, Productivity, PT PER.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on employee loyalty at PT. Permodalan Ekonomi Rakyat Pekanbaru. The method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach and multiple linear regression analysis, with data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 80 employees. The independent variables in this study are organizational culture (X1) and work motivation (X2), while the dependent variable is employee loyalty (Y).
