<![CDATA[Abstract: Improving The Health Of Pregnant Women Through The Family Of Hope (PKH) ( A Study Of The Family Of Hope Program Di Desa Kedung Rejoso, Kecamatan Kota Anyar, Kabupaten Probolinggo ). Program family of hope (PKH) is a poverty reduction program aimed at increasing kualiatas the health of pregnant women through the provision of assistance of cash for a very poor family.In the short term thids program is expected to help the very poor, while in the long term pkh is investment human resources to the next generation get out of the cycle of poverty. This research result indicates that the pkh started from the formulation of a team pkh mentors kedung rejoso village , rekrutment pkh participants , the process of the distribution of the pkh , and proseng monitoring , evaluation and reporting pkh has been done well .All process the pkh in the village kedung rejoso has been implemented effective .Effectiveness of pkh help family very poor needs education and health , reduce the risk of death pregnant women , and can disconnect between the cycle of poverty .Faktor-faktor that pempengaruhi the success of the pkh consisting of the program pkh and kontek pkh in the village kedung rejoso . Keywords: program implementation, program keluarga harapan, poverty Abstrak: Upaya Peningkatan Kesehatan Ibu Hamil Melalui Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) (Studi Pada Pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Harapan di Desa Kedung Rejoso Kecamatan Kota Anyar Kabupaten Probolinggo). Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dalam jangka pendek program ini diharapkan membantu masyarakat sangat miskin, sedangkan dalam jangka panjang PKH merupakan investasi sumber daya manusia agar generasi berikutnya dapat keluar dari rantai kemiskinan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan PKH dimulai dari pembentukan tim pendamping PKH Desa Kedung Rejoso, rekrutment peserta PKH, proses pendistribusian bantuan PKH, dan proseng monitoring, evaluasi dan pelaporan PKH sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Semua proses pelaksanaan PKH di Desa Kedung Rejoso telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan efektif. Efektifitas dari PKH membantu keluarga sangat miskin dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pendidikan dan kesehatan, mengurangi resiko kematian ibu hamil, dan dapat memutus rantai kemiskinan antar generasi. Faktor-Faktor yang pempengaruhi keberhasilan pelaksanaan PKH terdiri dari isi program PKH dan kontek PKH Di Desa Kedung Rejoso.
