Abstract

Physical Education is essentially an educational process that utilizes physical activity to produce holistic changes in individual quality, both in terms of physical, mental and emotional. At the educational level, especially in extracurricular volleyball activities in junior high schools, mastery of smash techniques is one of the main focuses of coaches in improving student skills. Many students still have difficulty in doing accurate smashes, even though they have enough energy. This study aims to determine the effect of Drill Smash training on the accuracy of Smashes in volleyball players at SD Negeri 1 Bengkulu Tengah. This study used a pre-experimental research design with one group pretest posttest design. The treatment was assessed by comparing the post-test with the pre-test (Dharma 2017:34). Based on the data analysis and discussion that have been presented previously, the following conclusions can be put forward: The drill training method has a significant effect on the volleyball smash of SD Negeri 01 Bengkulu Tengah Athletes, where the results obtained tcount> ttable = 2.21> 2.101. The results of the study, it can be concluded that the drill method has a significant influence on improving the volleyball smash skills of athletes at SD Negeri 01 Bengkulu Tengah. The t-test showing a t-value of 2.21 with a significance level of 0.000, less than 0.05, indicates that drill training carried out in a structured and intense manner contributes positively to improving the quality of the athletes' smash techniques.

Abstract

PDAM (Regional Drinking Water Company) of Mauro Jambi Regency is a government-owned enterprise engaged in the distribution of clean water. The problem faced by the PDAM of Mauro Jambi Regency is the difficulty of new installations and the appeal from the PDAM, and this has an impact on the less than optimal service for new installations. The solution offered is the creation of a new installation service system at PDAM Mauro Jambi Regency. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for admins to process data and make it easier for the community to install new ones. The method used is the method of analysis carried out by literature study of data collection (observation) and the method of software development using the waterfall method. The input from this research is admin data, new install customer data, appeals consist of admin data processing, new installation data processing, new installation data processing, and producing output in the form of new install customer reports, appeal reports. This research resulted in a new installation service information system at PDAM Muaro Jambi Regency to facilitate the community in installing PDAMs. so that customers do not have to come to the PDAM office, simply by accessing the PDAM Muaro Jambi Regency website.

Abstract

Letak geografis yang cukup dekat menyebabkan banyak penduduk kota Batam melakukan perjalanan ke Pekanbaru. Penumpang dari kota Batam yang melakukan perjalanan ke Pekanbaru memiliki dua pilihan jalur moda transportasi, antara lain jalur laut-darat dan jalur udara. Jalur transportasi tersebut memiliki karakteristik moda yang berbeda sehingga akan mendorong pengguna untuk lebih selektif dalam memilih moda yang akan digunakan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis factor-faktor serta membuat model pemilihan moda dalam melakukan perjalanan rute Batam – Pekanbaru. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menjelaskan karakteristik pemilihan moda transportasi penumpang, sedangkan analisis kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengetahui factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan moda penumpang dengan regresi linear berganda menggunakan software SPSS 24.0. Hasil persamaan regresi linear akan dimasukan kedalam model logit biner untuk mengetahui probabilitas pemilihan moda transportasi penumpang rute Batam – Pekanbaru. Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pemilihan moda untuk perjalanan rute Batam – Pekanbaru diambil dari variabel bebas yang memenuhi uji regresi logistik, antara lain variabel biaya perjalanan (X3), harga tiket (X5), kenyamanan (X8), kesediaan (X9), dan pertimbangan kecepatan (X15) dengan nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05. Selanjutnya, probabilitas penumpang rute Batam – Pekanbaru yang menggunakan transportasi udara berdasarkan model persamaan adalah sebesar 57,4 persen, sedangkan probabilitas penumpang rute yang menggunakan transportasi laut-darat sebesar 42,6 persen.
