Abstract

Latar Belakang: Ketombe merupakan ketidakteraturan pada kulit kepala dan salah satu penyebabnya adalah pertumbuhan Candida albicans. Daun sirsak merupakan bahan alami yang mengandung senyawa antijamur, yaitu alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin, tanin, triterpenoid, dan steroid. Tujuan: Untuk mengalisis rencana pembuatan formulasi sampo antiketombe daun sirsak anti terhadap perkembangan jamur Candida albicans. Metode: Dengan menggunakan metode mesarasi, dibuatlah sampo anti ketombe ekstrak daun sirsak. pembuatan sediaan sampo antiketombe daun sirsak (Annona muricata L.) dengan tiga konsentrasi yaitu 10%, 15% dan 25%. Bahan yang digunakan adalah daun sirsak terpisah, etanol 96%, kertas saluran, SLES, etanol, Coca DEA, Na CMC, propil paraben, ekstrak jeruk, mentol, aquadest, organisme Candida albicans. Pengujian terhadap sediaan pembersih anti ketombe meliputi uji organoleptik, uji pH, uji homogenitas, uji kadar buih, uji kekentalan, uji gerakan antibakteri. Hasil: Efek samping dari tinjauan ini menunjukkan bahwa uji fitokimia mengandung alkaloid, flavonoid, steroid, triterpenoid, saponin dan tanin. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa daun sirsak dapat diketahui sebagai musuh perencanaan sampo ketombe yang memenuhi persyaratan, misalnya uji organoleptik, uji pH, uji buih tinggi, uji konsistensi, uji homogenitas. Uji gerakan antijamur dilakukan untuk mengetahui viabilitas antijamur dengan memperhatikan daerah hambatan. Kesimpulan: Mengingat konsekuensi dari studi di atas, sangat mungkin beralasan bahwa ada dampak dari tindakan memberikan daun sirsak terpisah dalam sampo antiketombe. Konsekuensi dari ketiga formulasi penggunaan daun sirsak hilang tersebut dilakukan penilaian merek dagang yang meliputi uji organoleptik, uji homogenitas, uji kekentalan, uji pH, uji kadar buih. Daun sirsak (Annona muricata L.) dimanfaatkan sebagai zat berkhasiat yang berkhasiat melawan ketombe. Ketiga definisi ini berfungsi secara mengagumkan melawan organisme Candida albicans untuk mengobati ketombe. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa zona penghambatan terhadap perkembangan Candida albicans adalah area yang sangat kuat.

Abstract

Indonesia is a tropical country where it is very possible for the skin to continue to be exposed to sunlight. Free radicals in the form of ultraviolet rays from the sun when excess will cause damage to the skin. Prevention of adverse effects due to sun exposure can be done by using sunscreen. One of the most common sunscreen products is lotion. The use of lotions that contain antioxidants can be done to make it easier to protect the skin from exposure to free radicals. One of the plants that has antioxidant activity is kecombrang leaves. The purpose of this study was to determine the SPF (Sun Protection Factor) value of kecombrang leaf extract lotion (Etlingera elatior) using the Uv-vis spectrophotometry method. The results showed that F1, F2 and F3 had SPF values. F3 at a concentration of 800 ppm has the highest SPF value of 18.59 and is included in the ultraprotection category.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is an important and commonly used indicator to measure the quality of health services. Patient satisfaction influences the delivery of quality health services that are timely, efficient, and patient-centered. This research was conducted to measure the satisfaction of outpatient pediatric polyclinic patients at the Dr. Hospital Pharmacy Installation. Hafiz Cianjur in 2023 regarding the waiting time for the compounded medicine service provided. A non-experimental research method was used with a cross-sectional design using questionnaire distribution. A total of 91 patients were involved as respondents (research sample). The validity test results show that the calculated r value for all variables is greater than the table r value. Cronbach's Alpha score on the reliability test is more than 0.6. It is stated that the questionnaire (research instrument) is valid and reliable. The correlation coefficient value of service quality and patient satisfaction is 0.656, indicating that there is a strong relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction. The service quality regression coefficient is 0.376; it is stated that every time there is an increase in service quality, patient satisfaction also increases by 37.6%. The Adjusted R2 value is 0.274 or 27.4%. It can be stated that 27.4% of the satisfaction level is the waiting time for dispensing polymedicine for children in the outpatient pharmacy installation at Dr. Hospital. Hafiz Cianjur in 2023 is influenced by the independent variable, namely Service Quality, and 72.6% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Pharmaceutical services are very important within the scope of hospitals. Good procurement planning can support pharmaceutical services to run better. The large number of cases in the field regarding empty medicines or requests for medicines that do not comply with the hospital formulary makes it necessary to carry out an analysis using the ABC Critical Index method. This research aims to determine the accuracy of planning and procurement of the Gynecology Poly in the RS Dr. Hafiz Outpatient Pharmacy Installation. This research uses a non-experimental, retrospective case study design, focusing on drug planning and control based on the ABC Critical Index analysis method. The research findings showed that of the 64 types of poly-gynecological drugs, 14 drug units (21.88%) were group A, while for group B, there were 17 drug units (26.56%), and for group C, there were 33 drug units (51, 56%). It is recommended that drugs in groups A and B continue to be provided in the next procurement, and the need for group C needs to be reviewed for the next period.

Abstract

Along with the development of cosmetics, one of them is lip coloring in recent years, namely liptint. Lip color manufacturers favor the use of synthetic colors that contain harmful heavy metals because they are more affordable, stronger, more consistent, and more stable. However, heavy metals can have a negative effect on health such as hives, asthma, and even cancer. This study aims to determine how much heavy metal cadmium and lead are contamined in Peiyen Unicorn lip tint which is sold in online stores using atomic absorption spectrophotometry research methods. The results of this study were cadmium heavy metal contamination in Peiyen Unicorn liptint number 1 shade red and shade cherry red number 2 respectively ie 0.032 mg/kg and 0.025 mg/kg and results of lead heavy metal contamination in Peiyen Unicorn liptint sample number 1 shade red and number 2 shade cherry red respectively 0.004 mg/kg and 0.002 mg/kg. The test results for the cadmium heavy metal content in the two lipsticks still met the requirements, namely not more than 5 mg/kg according to the regulations of the Food and Drug Monitoring Agency. The results of the lead heavy metal test for the two lipsticks still met the requirements, namely not more than 20 mg/kg according to the regulations of the Food and Drug Administration. Based on the results of data analysis using ANOVA, it can be concluded that there was no difference in the levels of the heavy metals cadmium and lead between the Peiyen Unicorn lipstick samples number 1 shade red and shade number 2 cherry red.
